The decor was modern and updated. The staff were friendly and helpful. The drawback was easily hearing people in other rooms which become noisy.

We stayed at Kinley for two nights and had an excellent experience! The staff was easy to communicate with and the property was updated and very clean. I appreciated being able to call the front desk for turn-down service after we spent some time getting ready for our event. Their response was efficient and quick. If we are ever in town again, we would definitely book here!

We got there and they advised there was a plumbing problem and not to flush toilets until we got the all clear. We left for our show and our door would close all the way so it wouldn’t lock. They stored our luggage and asked if it was ok to just get a different room when we got back. When we got back it took another 25 min to get a key because the system wouldn’t generate a key. They did give us 2 separate $12 breakfast vouchers for the next morning which was nice. We went out to the parking garage next door the following morning and our car window was smashed in along with several other cars.

Really good looking hotel with lots of potential in a great area of town. But it had thin walls so the mornings were louder than desired (from movement inside the hotel, not outside), and valet took too long during peak hours.

First stay at the Kinley
Typically when we stay at a hotel there are many small issues which accumulate into a frustrating experience. Not at the Kinley. Everything was right during our stay which allowed us to enjoy the experience. This was our first stay at the Kinley and looking forward to returning. The staff were really great! Thank you.

Shower was amazing but the water didn’t get hot enough. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way so there was no privacy, the bed was uncomfortable for my husband and myself but we both have bad backs, we could hear both of our neighbors

Potential but not quite meeting it…
Limited staff. Limited bar menu was only opportunity to get food in the evening with no formal room service set up since there weren’t enough people to deliver it. Room was clean, modern and quite pretty but pillows were overstuffed, lumpy and hard and sheets were scratchy. Blackout curtains didn’t fully close either. When I had breakfast the next morning in the adjacent cafe, the coffee was terrible, and the service was as well. I was also charged not once but twice for internet. Overall this place has potential but they need to hire more people and professionalize the staff in order to elevate this hotel to a higher level. Neighborhood felt a bit fringe as well.

Excellent service
The man working the front desk (unfortunately not sure of his name) was extremely friendly and helpful. It really enhanced the overall experience. The hotel itself is decent, right in the middle of the road.

Leah was by far the worst staff member there and although helpful soul she was terrible at her job. She was slow, did not listen and just terrible at her job almost as if high she was a mess Valet was great ! And there was another lady there also that was awesome but Leah makes me never want to stay here ever again !

Kinley Cincinnati is a great place to end and start the day. The room I had was very comfortable and came with a great view. The in-room TV had some issues — I don't recall ever being able to watch anything other than the hotel info page — but it was mostly something to throw on in the background while getting ready. I really loved the bathroom. It was incredibly spacious and came with high ceilings. Lastly, the proximity to things to do, including the area of town called Over-the-Rhine was great. It made short walks or finding a scooter to travel around the city a breeze. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a boutique-like experience.

Beautiful hotel with a great bar. We came down for the Reds game. We asked to the riverfront and had a fantastic stay. Our only complaint was they ran out of parking for our truck in valet so we had to self park. Not a huge deal since the garage was right behind the building.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the lobby smelled amazing. Love the character of the building. The only negative that there is very limited dining options in the hotel. No real restaurant with a dinner menu, just some bar bites and a coffee shop.

Ok, but nothing special. We have been food poisoned during "breakfast". The lady in the restaurant was so rude, as she was there for a punishment. Rooms are ok, but certainly not new. They were redesigned and ou can smell the flooring in the room.
