Hotel and staff were good. We thought that breakfast was included, only to find out it was $8 at registration counter or $11 at breakfast counter. The food they served was less than what you get for a free Continental breakfast at other hotels.

Hotel is 1 mile walk from downtown Cincinnati and both stadiums. The parking is $7 which is better than the valet charges across the river.

Tired looking old property and not worth the price paid. Some staff good, others unprofessional. No water offered for in room. Ice machine not working. PAY to park here, really??!! Parking lot is not even secure.

My recent stay at this hotel wasn't exactly what I hoped for, and I must be honest about the condition of the property. It's evident that it's quite old, and that age shows in various aspects. The fitness center left much to be desired, and the equipment was outdated. Additionally, the room I stayed in, aside from being outdated, had a lingering smell of cigarettes, which was disappointing and discomforting.

The hotel staff was very nice. However I did check in and then received a call that I didn't check in. The hotel was fairly clean, however the facility is run down. It is convenient to downtown.

The hotel is a little outdated but it was very clean! The staff was nice professional and helpful. They recommended we take a transport service that works by tips to the Heritage Bank Center instead of paid parking.

The facility and the room were very nice. Everything was clean and the decor was not dated. The staff could have been friendlier. We accidentally went to the Holiday Inn Express down the road and they were so friendly and kind.

Overall, our stay at the hotel was excellent in every aspect. From the comfortable rooms to the exceptional service, we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. However, there was one discrepancy with the Google listing that was disappointing. The listing mentioned an indoor pool, which was the main reason for our booking, but upon arrival, we discovered they only had an outdoor pool. Despite this oversight, we decided to stay, and it turned out to be a great experience regardless. We hope the hotel can address this issue with their Google listing to avoid similar disappointments for future guests.

Though efforts to update the facility, particularly the bathrooms have been made, the overall feel was dated. It is difficult to keep carpeting looking fresh and the beds were soft. The staff was very accomodating during a tornado siren, helping us shelter in the basement and offering free drinks.

The results were negative, but we did take extra precautions to ensure the room does not contain pests of any kind. We contract with a vendor for preventative pest control, as well as have random inspections provided by the Health Department on a semi-annual basis to ensure pest control, as well as overall cleanliness standards, are maintained.
