To ensure a safe and secure environment for all our guests, we conduct background and ID verification. Also, you'll have the option to choose between a refundable security deposit (a hold on your credit card) or a non-refundable damage waiver.

The primary guest listed on the booking must pick up the keys in person and show a valid ID. You must let us know before 8 PM on your check-in day if you will arrive after 11 PM. If we don’t know by then, you will not be able to check in that night and will need to wait until 7 AM the next morning. ⚠️

⏰ The concierge desk is available 24 hours a day, except on Sundays and Mondays. For arrivals after 11 PM on those days, check-in will be assisted by the garage staff. Please notify us of any late arrivals by 8 PM on your check-in day.

Visitors beyond the registered guests are not permitted, regardless of whether they are staying overnight. This is enforced by building management, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
