«It was a comfortable room, very clean and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was small, not enough space, but it was comfortable for 2 people. The location is excellent as we just walked to main spots of the city. I will recommend for the price and convenience.»

«The room was a nice size, very clean. Breakfast menu has a nice selection and the snacks menu was also plentiful. The highlight was the staff, everyone was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Will definitely stay again when in CDMX»

«Fantastic hotel and location. »

«**Terrible Beds, Poor Service, and Overpriced Tours** Very disappointing experience. The mattress was extremely hard, uneven, and uncomfortable, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep throughout my five-night stay. I reported the problem to the front desk, but the staff simply said nothing could be done. They didn't even try to help or offer a solution. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. The hotel's local tours were also priced approximately 30–40% higher than ...

«Nice staff, clean, Location Location Location»

«Our recent stay at Punta Alameda could not have been more wonderful. Our family of 5 adults visited Mexico City from Los Angeles for a week of Día de Muertos celebrations and the Mexico Grand Prix and the hotel was in a perfect location - walkable to almost everything (the Zocalo, Plaza de la Reforma, Bellas Artes, Roma Norte & Condesa, Templo Mayor etc etc) but also quiet, tucked away in a very safe feeling mixed commercial & residential area. «We loved our room (presidential suite) and the history of the building. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the rooftop restaurant were amazing, breakfast was also very good. The location is very convenient for everything to do around the zocalo.»

«Lovely boutique hotel with only 5 rooms. I highly recommend it if one wants a quiet refuge close to the sights in the Centro district.»

«Excelente servicio del personal, solo creo qué deberían tener más cuidado con la limpieza de las camas y almohadas había cabellos»

«Es una lástima que la alberca no esté climatizada porque todo lo demás es excelente, en el baño puedes necesitar donde poner o colgar cosas pero es manejable»

«Overall, the stay itself was good, and I'd come back but the service left something to be desired. I checked in late at night, so I understood that check-in was kept to the basics. That part was fine. What stood out more was the general feeling from the staff throughout my visit: it often felt like they didn't really want to be there, and not one of them ever introduced themselves by name, so I can't single anyone out good or bad. I went up to the rooftop bar a couple of times at night, and ...

«Muy bien ubicación y muy buenas instalaciones»

«Ubicación excelente para conocer centro histórico, personal amable solo que el restaurante está en medio de los elevadores y recepción y si pasas por allí se molestan y lo entiendo pero como huésped eso lo desconocemos y son groseros , las camas cómodas y limpias pero los baños necesitan mejor limpieza encontré cabellos en el lavamanos y regadera sucia de meses»
