«We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems like a recent renovation but maintains the charm of a casual beach house. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the backyard was awesome - just as the photos show. Rachelle was a helpful host and responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property! And I hope to come back again soon.»

«Would stay here again. The perfect size for my family of three which included my two year old. The courtyard was great for my son to run around while being in an enclosed area. The garden was beautiful and a nice neighborhood to walk around. I also have a walking disability so the area was flat enough for me to get around.»

«Cottage is within walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Off-street parking as well. Easy check-in and check-out. Location within a short drive to airport, San Diego zoo, and many other attractions! Had a great stay!!»

«Had we known all of the doorways were less than 6’ tall we would have passed on this quaint little cottage. Other than that we enjoyed the location, having bikes available, walking on all the great paths up and down the coast and around the bay.»

«This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. We will most definitely be booking again.»

«The cottage was beautiful and true to the listing it was a short walk to the beach. We brought our two dogs with us, which was great to find a place that allowed pets. It was nice having a full kitchen, though I didn’t read prior to that there was no microwave. But that would be the only negative I have. I also am not sure if I just couldn’t figure out the pull out couch situation (not enough bed space with my wife and baby). I tried to see handles to pull out a bed but didn’t see any. It might ...

«The house is perfectly located and just walking distance to town. Perfectly decorated and spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The garden is spectacular and a wonderful place to gather. The host was responsive and gave great recommendations for local food and activities. We loved our stay at this special and happy little beach house and will return.»

Feedback for improvements: 1 dresser drawer was in need of reinforcement. I was afraid my clothes were too heavy for the bottom. More plants would be nice on the patio but that’s just me.»

«Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset.»

«We knew we wanted to stay in OB to hang at Dog Beach, and I chose this place because of the proximity to the beach (maybe a 4 minute walk), and the dog washing station! This property has street parking and isn’t so bad if you time it right (wait for people to go to work and you’ll get a close spot). The property is set back from the street and quiet. Inside has everything you need, even dog bowls (course we forget them)! The treat jar was a special touch as well. We had plenty of towels, ...

«Place was sparkling when we arrived. Codes worked as expected, despite my brain. Never got the original email but Michael remedied that rapidly. The venue was completely as described. There was a great hot tub. A couple of gas grills (lucky as one of them was out of propane, the other did the trick!). Parking in the garage for one car was great! If you have a second car, prepare to be super patient as street parking full. You’re only a couple blocks from the most beautiful sunset San Diego has ...
