«A good place for an overnight stay.»

«The room service robot used for online food delivery was contactless and convenient. Room was spacious. Most of the amenities in the room were great. Suggest that the lighting in the room could be brighter and 2 lamps were not working.»

«It’ terrible, I was given a room facing the street, and it was extremely noisy. The noise was simply unbearable and didn’t stop until around 10 p.m.»

«This hotel doesn't take a credit card from outside of China. It makes the check-in very difficult. Many Chinese tourists who stay next door make loud noise at night.»

«spacious and well equipped room. Although hotel is far from main attractions, didi is cheap so staying here is not a problem. Staff service is excellent except for the front service staff who wanted to charge me if I ask for more than 4 bottles of drinking water. Eventually they didn’t charge me for extra bottles of drinking water. The cleaning staff gave me as many bottles of drinking water as I want. We left 4 bottles in the room when we left.»

«Great location staff. Dining and very comfortable»

«Good cost efficient.»

«Clean and neat hotel, delicious though expensive breakfast buffet, excellent and polite staff. Chongqing is a very big city and this hotel isn't really in the center of anything, but a quick cab ride will get you anywhere for a few bucks. The hotel offers an excellent (foldable) tourist map which suggests places to go and includes taxi-instructions if you don't want to practice your Chinese.»

«Amazing with amazing staff that are really helpful an make you feel welcomed. It is really hard to get to so just ask them to take you to Zhenghexiang Health Pharmacy it’s the fourth building on the 24th floor will be coming back this November that’s how good it is!!»

Flott Business Lounge i 37. etasje.
