O' Petit Jardin... Simply feel good! This tiny house offers you a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, a kitchen to prepare delicious meals, and a lovely private garden to relax in peace.



Various options are available to tailor your stay to your wishes, such as a breakfast basket (available for an extra fee) or access to the jacuzzi (from April to October, available for an extra fee).



The accommodation consists of a 20 m² studio with a double bed (140 cm), a living/work area, a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave, hob, fridge) and dishes for 4 people, ideal if you wish to invite two friends for a meal. The bathroom/WC has a shower with a pressure reducer. The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, which you can adjust while respecting the environment. The keys must remain in the key box during your absence.



In season, you can enjoy garden furniture and an outdoor table. We have two cats, three hens and an elderly dog. Outside animals are not allowed.



You can discover Cholet, the city of weavers, its lakes and hiking trails, the famous theme park, the oriental park, and many other nearby sites.



For stays longer than 6 nights, weekly cleaning service is mandatory. For stays of less than 6 nights, no cleaning service is required, but active participation is expected on the morning of departure: sink, washbasin, shower and toilet clean, rubbish sorted as explained in the tiny house, and a quick sweep.



Parking is free at the end of the cul-de-sac, outside the property. Entry is via a single gate and a key box; you will have a private space after passing through the garden arch. We live on site and are available if you need us.
