Excellent value for money
We really enjoyed our stay at Chloraka terrace apartments! The apartment was clean with modern furniture and a fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher, but that wasn't a problem for us). The receptionist was very welcoming and service minded. He pointed out directions to convenience stores and restaurants, beaches etc. for us when we arrived. Several of them were in walking distance, but you will have more options if you have a car. Free parking is provided outside the apartment. The swimming pool was very nice, and the apartment had a balcony with sea view. The price is impossible to beat. You get excellent value for your money at Chloraka terrace apartments! We will definitely stay there again when we go back to Paphos.

Lovely stay, apartments are quite basic in style and decor but have everything you need for a pleasant stay. No cleaners over our short stay but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room anyway. There are no towels in the room and the guy from reception charges 5 euro per large towel, he gives small hand towel for free. That was the only off putting thing. The apartments are in a quiet area and easy to get to. Sea isn’t too far away and if it states sea view then you’ll have it.

Schlimmste Unterkunft aller zeiten
Wir hatten uns sehr auf die Unterkunft gefreut da sie vielversprechend aussah- leider wurden wir enttäuscht. Die Unterkunft ist extrem dreckig in jeder ecke, unter dem Sofa, das Badezimmer schimmlig, der Duschvorhang auch- die Utensilien wo vorhanden sind kleben auch- die Waschmaschine stinkt. Der Backofen sah aus wie nie geputzt… die liste kann weiter gehen… leider war es auch nicht möglich trotz beweisfotos Unseren Aufenthalt zu stornieren beziehungsweise Geld zurück zu bekommen da dies ja ausgeschlossen wurde, eine Frechheit! Die einzige Person die hilfreich war, war der nette Hausmeister!! Er gab sich sehr mühe!!

Bon établissement mais ménage à prévoir
La résidence correspond aux photos et est plutôt sympa. L'appartement est plutôt spacieux mais malheureusement l'entretien laisse à désirer, le ménage est sommaire poussière sous lit et canapé, les plats du four gras donc inutilisables, nous avons du faire toute la vaisselle avant de manger... et les éléments de cuisine sont assez peu nombreux. La literie est très moyenne, pas d'alèse !! draps propres mais tachés.Le gérant est sympa. Nous avons tout de même passé un bon séjour, et le tarif était très compétitif. Un bon gros ménage et un équipement de cuisine adéquat et tout serait parfait.

Spacious apartment with all necessities, but run down a bit. Needs new clean couch and linens. Charging for towels in my view is ridiculous. Host is helpful and easy to deal with.

I liked the kitchen with washing machine, did not quit like just a 1 big blanket instead of duvet covers for 2 people. Internet service was unfortunately not working throughout the whole week. Terrace and the pool were really nice. The communication was not so well until a local guy gave us a phone number of the competent person (the one written on the check-in room did get through). Overall, if you want to spend most time exploring the country, not staying in the hotel, its a good place to stay (and quit cheap compered to others). There is no cleaning service and bathroom towels.

A quel prezzo nn c é molto da lamentarsi
Appena arrivati alla reception vi renderete conto di quello che vi aspetta, sembra un garage/rimessa piu che una reception. Il manager é simpatico pero lo stato generale della struttura é all abbandono e la pulizia é a dir poco sommaria. Peccato perchè gli appartamenti sono grandi e disposti bene. Certo é che a quel prezzo non si puo aspettarsi molto di piu

You get what you pay for
The apartment was OK except for the smell. I either needed to remove locate the source or leave. It was in the kitchen sink. Hot, soapy water followed up with Caustic soda did the job. Easy and should have been done by the property. The smell was foul. There was also a strong smell of cats piss in the foyer. other than that it was too bad. It was reasonable value for money and quite comfortable.

L’hébergement était bien, l’appartement bien équiper et très calme mais pour y accéder il faut absolument être véhiculé, sinon une vrai galère. A 15 minutes en voiture du centre, plage…le balcon est bien, on a pris vu mer ( très loin la mer… avec des jumelles on la verra sûrement loll ) dans l’ensemble c’est correct.

Проблеми с топлата вода. Или е студена или е вряла. Разочароващо. Снимките са отпреди 10-15 години, обзавеждането се е амортизирало вече. Като плюс отчитам уникалната гледка към морето, вълшебно е. Цената е приемлива, домакина е любезен.

Good value on the outskirts of Paphos
A new, modern building located within a walking distance from the beach and even from Paphos itself, although a bus is probably a comfier option. Very good value price wise. A well stocked supermarket nearby, and a very attentive and understanding host who didn't mind that we accidentally melted a plastic kitchen utensil in the oven... All in all, can and would recommend staying here. If you like cats, the black long haired one will claim you, but you won't mind as it is very adorable.

Уютный чистый номер,есть все что нужно для комфортного проживания, великолепный вид с терасы в сторону моря, приветливый персонал. Для Марио отдельное спосибо, респект и уважуха, если возникла какая нибудь проблема, Марио быстро ее решит. Рекомендую.

For this price you can't be complaining. We had a flat with an issue, but Mario the manager immediately helped us out with a solution. The structure looks a bit older, but all is fonctional. If Mario would'nd have been there it would have made a world of difference. Very quiet, lot's of parking space. We loved it !!!

Car a must! Great Apartment!
We booked the standard 2 Bedroom Apartment which was a great layout. Two separate bedrooms, one with an ensuite and one opposite the twin room. The kitchen was good with a good sized fridge, plenty of cupboards and cooker + Microwave. The balcony was great with a view right over the pool and the sea and sunset in sight. We hired a car at Pafos airport which I can't recommend enough if staying here. The apartments are in a great location but tucked away around 10 minute walk uphill from anywhere you'd want to be, doesn't sound much but with the heat that Cyprus offers in the summer it really would be a very difficult walk without the car. The only real problem we encountered was the Air Condition not working on the 3rd day in the twin bedroom. I messaged the owner on WhatsApp and he responded immediately saying he would get in fixed the following day, unfortunately it wasn't fixed in our 7 day stay and I didn't receive any other messages, that being said it wouldn't put me off staying here again. The pool size was great and with a maximum depth of 1.2m it's great if you have kids. If you decide to stay here I'm sure you'll have a great holiday.

Good apartments away from the beaches
Mario (reception and general handyman) and the cleaner (do not know her name) were very helpful and attentive. Minor AC problems dealt with efficiently. There are stairs and a walkway (not obvious) which easily lead to the bars, restaurants and shops of Griva Digeni.
