The stone built property features a lounge area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, and two modernly designed bathrooms.
Both the bedrooms feature one cozy double bed each and both are equipped with A/C units. The property also features a sofa bed, which can easily accommodate two more guests.

The stone built property that can comfortably accommodate a big family or a big group of friends, is only 20min away from the airport (16km) and the city of Chios (19km), and in a short distance from Vokaria Beach (5km).
The property is located in the village Koini of Chios, a village with picturesque style and a sense of seclusion, which makes the area one of the most magical places in Greece.
The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Chios, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife.
The neighborhood is quiet and the medieval village with its stone houses can be a reference point for excursions throughout the island since it is located almost in the center Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.
At the nearby village Katarraktis(5km), you will find some cafés all year long. In Nenita village (2km away), you will find some bakeries and a S/M available. Armolia village (8km) also has a plenty of cafes and local groceries to shop from.

Byzantine museum(41km): In the museum you will have the chance to admire displays form both the Byzantine and Ottoman period.
Windmills(40km): Built by the sea in the area of Vrontades, they are considered a landmark of the island.

The house was nice. Had everything we needed. The village was very quiet and peaceful. Nowhere to eat or grocery shop but the next village over had stores. A car is a must…..the location was great. Close to beaches and archeological sites. Would stay here again.
