The spacious and well-kept interiors are furnished in a marine living style: light tones, natural elements and decorations that recall the charm of the sea and the lagoon.
The living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen — with dishes, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and everything you need to cook freely. The kitchen leads to a delightful Venetian balcony, a small jewel suspended above the water, from which you can enjoy an open view of the lagoon to the islands of San Felice and Pellestrina.
It is the ideal place to start the day with a coffee watching the city wake up or to end it with an aperitif, admiring the sunsets that set fire to the sky with golden and pink reflections.
The double bedroom is a haven of quiet, with wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers, while the second bedroom, equipped with two single beds, is perfect for traveling friends or families.
The modern and functional bathroom has **sink, shower, bidet and WC**, and the presence of the washing machine makes the stay comfortable even for longer periods.

For arrivals between 00:00 and 02:00 there is a supplement of 80.
A surcharge of 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00 and 22:00.
A fee of 50 applies for arrivals between 22:00 and 00:00.
According to Italian law (Art. 109 TULPS), it is mandatory to show the identity documents (passport or identity card) of all guests upon check-in for transmission to the Public Security authorities. In case of refusal, it will not be legally possible to check in. In addition, you will be required to sign a contract, as required by Italian law.
