«Had a fantastic time in this immense home, that was immaculately clean, well stocked and super private. The gigantic fire pit and grill were a big part of our entertainment and cooking each night. «Great place for our wedding party weekend. Scott was super accommodating and was an excellent host. Would recommend especially if you plan a small wedding. Just one note the entertainment room is not heated but this did not deter us and was fine even in January.»

«This was a secluded, off the beaten path private cabin that lived up to it's description. It was the perfect getaway spot to unplug and relax. I had business in Oneonta and Cooperstown and found them both easily accessible. This rental is a great alternative to staying in a hotel or a rental in a crowded town. I highly recommend it.»

«This was a great place to stay in our favorite corner of the Catskills. The house is really nicely styled, and is very spacious and comfortable - there were 6 of us and a dog and plenty of room for all. Sarah was a super responsive and helpful host. The kids loved the games room - a great thing to have on a rainy day. And you HAVE to try eightymain restaurant just down the road - one of the best we've ever eaten in!»

«My family members were in the area for a Celebration of Life and all were from out of town. We stayed together here; this beautiful home met all our needs. Definitely well stocked, especially with paper products. My two-year-old granddaughter was more than pleased with all the toys. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend this home if you are a large family group looking to stay together in your travels.»

«My husband and I enjoyed the rest and relaxation in this cozy cottage in a picturesque setting. Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!»
