The swimming pool was supposed to be heated. It was not. The room was very nice, the breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very nice. There was one staff member (the manager who works during the day) who was not very friendly and could not or would not accommodate our needs at all. We wanted to stay another night which I had let them know ahead of time and they told me to come down to the front desk the following morning and that I could pay for another night and stay in the same room, but when I went to do that, this particular manager would not let us stay in the same room. He said we had to move rooms as well as pay $50 more than we had paid the night before so we would’ve had to pay more and move to stay another night so we decided not to stay. They lost our business because they would not do anything to accommodate us. They had plenty of rooms he was just being rude and impolite! I feel like he just didn’t want to help us. But again all the other staff was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. What I stay there again no simply for the fact that the one manager was so unhelpful not to mention they lied on the phone and said that the pool was heated, but didn’t bother to let me know that it was broken and it was not heated.
