This unique, independent space is located on the 5th floor of a building in the Remigio Silva neighborhood. The terrace is a peaceful and pleasant spot for meetings, meals, or relaxing outdoors.
Exactly 15 minutes from Pimentel Beach, 5 minutes from the Mall Aventura shopping center and the Elías Aguirre Stadium, and 15 minutes from Chiclayo's Plaza de Armas and Cathedral.
The Space
This space features one spacious, airy, and bright room with a comfortable double bed, a desk where you can work comfortably, a closet with clothes hangers, organizers, and an intercom.

In addition to other useful amenities: an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a set of cups, plates, and utensils, a kettle, books, and blankets.

The bed includes:
- Top sheet
- Bottom sheet
- 2 comfortable pillows
- 1 down comforter
- Cushions
- 1 blanket in case you want to get some fresh air on the terrace.

The private bathroom comes with toilet paper, a towel, and body soap.
You can also use the terrace reserved exclusively for you, with a small outdoor dining area for a relaxing atmosphere.
Guest Access
All spaces are completely private; they are not shared with anyone. You will have your own key, allowing easy and convenient entry. The room with a terrace located on the fifth floor can be easily accessed via the stairs.
