CTA subway is running all day and night!! Extremely noisy!!!! Why the hotel doesn’t Install windows with a special glass against noise?? Very insecure area, particularly during evening. Rooms are old but at least are clean.

This property needs attention. The room given to me, 1101, had no easy chair for relaxing, just the desk chair. The curtains didn't block out outside night lights. Didn't block out morning daylight either. The coffee maker was located next to the TV set - but there were no electrical outlets nearby. The closet is junky looking with typical closet things piled up on top of a room safe. When I checked in at night, I was assured that the security deposit would be refunded to me in the morning upone check out. At morning checkout I was informed that the refund takes 3 to 5 days. When I asked for a printed copy of my receipt, I was told that the printer was not functioning and my request was denied. (I have no plans to use this facility again.)

Old, dumpy property. Old window AC not adjustable. No thermostat. No access to heat. $250 for downtown is not expensive, but in this case it would be better to stay in a Motel 6 outside of town if you can afford the time for the train ride. This room was not as good. Nice lobby though.

The shower was incredibly dirty. The entire bathroom was dirty. The sheets were paper thin. The TV was from the 1900s. However the staff was pleasant.

Room was covered in a layer of dust and was overall grimy. Lack of parking for hotel guests resulted in having to park in a nearby lot where our catalytic converter was stolen. Will never return to this hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a bit rough around the edges but serves its purpose. The only issue is the windows are single panes so at night you can hear the trains quite loudly as they pass by every 10 minutes or so. Otherwise was an enjoyable stay.

I wasn’t aware that there isn’t parking (I might’ve missed it in the listing). Also the accessible shower is dangerous it flooded the whole bathroom when I used it. I almost slipped down the ramp coming out and had to mop up the entire bathroom with towels so I wouldn’t get hurt later on.

While our property does not offer coffee in the lobby, we do have a coffee maker in the room for your convenience. As an option, there is a restaurant located adjacent to our lobby that serves breakfast and lunch everyday. Unfortunately we do not offer parking at our hotel, but the parking facility directly across the street from our front door does offer discounted overnight parking.

The sheets werent clean ,we had no microwave or refrigerator the room was extra small and amid to the covers we only had 2 sheets and some thin blanket as a cover and the walls are so thin you could hear everything outside.I will never stay at that facility ever!!!

Overall! I had a nice stay. I took the suite because it had a microwave and a fridge. It is close to Michigan avenue and at a walking distance of many museums. I only stayed one night but I would definitely come back if I ever come back to Chicago

The location was great but for the price I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels in the exact same area. The rooms were divided by paper walls, the toilet didn’t flush, the climate control didn’t work, there were no blankets on the beds, and the room was the size of a closet. Not at ALL worth the price.

Our property is best described as a limited service hotel which allows us to offer affordable rates and still be located just walking distance to visitor destinations like Millennium Park and the Art Museum.
