- $150 for 1 small pet (under 20 lbs)
- $200 for larger pets (over 20 lbs)

- **Pet Security Deposit (for shedding pets):**
- An additional $100 refundable security deposit applies.

- **Additional Pets:**
- If you have more than one pet, an extra fee of $50.00 per additional pet is applicable.

**Responsibilities:**
As a responsible pet owner, we kindly request that you:
- Clean up after your pet while on the property, otherwise $100 cleaning fee will be applied..

Welcome to our smoke-free haven!

Early check-in available when possible for $25 per hour before standard 4pm check-in time. Please request in advance - subject to availability.

Feel free to indulge in a smoke in the backyard, but kindly pick up those butts. Inside, let`s keep it fresh – any signs of smoking, and we might have to charge a $300.00 odor cleanup fee.

A few other notes for a harmonious stay:
- No candles, confetti, or glitter, please.
- Treat our items with care; damages or missing items may incur fines equivalent to replacement costs.
- Enjoy everything in the house, just give it a little clean love afterward.
- Furniture has its happy place, let`s keep it there.
- We might leave you some goodies; feel free to indulge, but be mindful of allergies.

A few must-follows for a seamless stay:
- Reserve for your whole group; we want everyone accounted for!
- Only the booked guests get the access to the house.
- Keep it chill – no parties or loud music. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Parking`s a driveway affair.

Before check-out:
- It`s at 10:00 am sharp.
- Leave the beds unmade, start that towel cycle, and load the dishwasher.
- Note: Running fashionably late? It`s $20.00 for every 5 minutes – just what our cleaners charge.
