The staff was amazing. M.J. and Shay took care of us and made everything perfect. The shuttle drivers were fun and at times went the extra mile to ensure we didn't need to worry.

Front desk staff super friendly and helpful! Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of food options close by. Convenient to Midway Airport.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are very friendly. They have free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes which is convenient.

My TV didn’t work in my room and they wouldn’t accommodate me. Told me to call Expedia. Also it wasn’t the cleanest room. Looked like hotel staff stayed in that room during there breaks. Horrible service from lady named MJ.. very rude and tried charging extra for things I had included already! I would like a refund or some sort of credit.. Please and Thanks.

Very clean and convenient, less than 2 miles from MDW, modern & chic. Staff is very friendly. Key card is required to access the elevator. I felt very safe as a solo, female traveler. $50 flat incidental fee. Recommend! 5 stars

They charged for parking but had limited spaces for the number of guests at the hotel. People were creating spaces in the middle of the lot making it hard to navigate. The property had additional parking behind the hotel, where it was unlit, with no entrance to the hotel.
