Guests will also have access to a large private patio, furnished with a dining table and barbecue, perfect for enjoying al fresco lunches and dinners or sipping an aperitif at sunset while immersed in the tranquility of the Ragusa countryside.

The villa is located just a few kilometres from the charming village of Chiaramonte Gulfi, renowned for its fascinating historic centre and beautiful pine forest, ideal for walks and nature excursions. Its location is also perfect for visiting some of the finest Baroque towns in Sicily, including Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Comiso, Syracuse, and Catania.

The house also features a bathroom with a shower and all essential amenities.
