Beautiful Tuscany villa

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Tuscany. What a beautiful place! We loved the quiet peacefulness and the house was perfect for 15 of us. During the daytime you can use the perfect pool or take a sunbath on sun loungers. Great location to visit Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Lucca & Sienna. The hosts Daniela & Danielle were amazing and nothing was a problem. Highly recommended! Thank you :)))

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr netter Gastgeberin

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt mit 13 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern/Babys. Herausstechend war der eigene große Pool mit Sonnenliegen und Schattenflächen. Die Gastgeberin war zudem sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns bei allen Anfragen unterstützt.

Grandkids' First Visit to Toscana

My five grands (ages 6-13) and their parents stayed with me at Poderino for a outstanding week of family fun. We all loved the pool and the came room with the long table for meals. The large kitchen was well supplied with the equipment we needed to prepare delicious meals. We enjoyed getting to know the hosts, Daniela and Daniele, and also the cute little orphan kitten. Location is great for persons with rental cars - easy access to Pisa, Firenze, Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimingano. I would love to return and do it all over again.

Relaxing and beautiful scenery

We had such a great time staying on this property. Daniela and her husband were the absolute best host. In fact, we accidentally left some items behind and she went out of her way to get them to us. Just one example of many of their hospitality. I highly recommend for a large family visit. There were 15 of us. And don’t forget to try their beer, which was exceptional. We will be back.

Amazing stay in Tuscany

We had the most amazing time at Daniele and Daniela’s lovely farmhouse! First of all, this is a farmhouse but it is immaculate. Rustic, as you would expect, but well-apportioned with all amenities as listed. And so, so clean! The pool was beautiful - we were so happy to have a day to just relax by the pool after our hectic time in Rome. Daniela was there when needed to make dinner reservations or give recommendations, but never intrusive. And they make the most amazing olive oil! We bought several bottles. We were a large family of 12 persons. This place can easily accommodate more. Every bedroom has a bathroom which, quite frankly, spoiled us for the rest of our trip. Location is definitely in the country with beautiful views in every direction. It is a drive to everywhere, but worth it to come home to such a relaxing place every evening. I would without reservation recommend this lovely farmhouse. I miss it already.

Amazing home with fabulous owners!

We had an amazing time at this home with 2 families. It was a beautiful setting with everything we needed. The owners knew so many niche places to go and helped us with dinner reservations and local activities. This one a highlight to our trip. Local wine tasting, local butcher, and local pasta maker.

Beautiful house, great hospitality

For many years we visit Italy in the summer. This year we found one of the best houses so far in Tuscany. Great pool, clean house, funroom for the kids and a stunning view. The owners put a lot of work in their proporty. Lovely people! We can absolute recommend to go here.

Grande!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und 7 Kindern. Das Haus hat verschiedene Apartements, so hat man auch als grosse Gruppe viel Platz. Die Gastgeber sind super wie auch der Pool und der Garten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Mooi groot huis

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Het is erg fijn dat elke kamer een eigen badkamer heeft. Wij vonden niet alle bedden even fijn, maar dat is natuurlijk erg persoonlijk. Daniela is echt een hele fijne gastvrouw. Je kan met al je vragen bij haar terecht.

Amazing family holiday location. Wonderful

This property is the most wonderful experience you can have. Would highly recommend, Daniella is an amazing host and will help out with any issues you have. You never feel imposed upon just assisted. We had 3 young children and every day Daniella would leave new toys out for the kids to play with. It truly is a brilliant family experience. Mid way through the week Daniella did us pizzas which for 12 people is a tough ask but they where perfect and added that extra touch to the trip. The pool is huge and the perfect area to spend all day, we only left the farmhouse to go to the local supermarkets (about 15km either way) so car hire is a must. There is so much space for the whole family to enjoy and various areas to sit and eat that it feels like you could spend months here. If you are viewing this listing I would say don't hesitate just book it. The perfect location. Thanks

Amazing vacation

We had the vacation of a lifetime. The location is just breathtaking; the views from the house and pool area are what you imagine Tuscany looks like. You can't have a better setting. The house was very nice, beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that all but one bedroom had airconditioning. The pool is very large with plenty of chairs and shade. Daniela was extremely helpful and hospitable. She helped us make reservations at several local restaurants, made us breakfast one day, and dropped off some vegetables from the farm once in a while. My parents forgot a suitcase and she was very helpful sending it to them in the mail. Try her olive oil made from olives on the farm! We went and visited all the major towns in Tuscany from here; it takes about 30 minutes to get to the major highway. There are a couple of smaller grocery stores close by, but the closest major grocery store (Conad) is about 15 minutes away. We had a large group of 17 so made a daily run for bread, croissants etc. The only downside is that the refrigerator in the main kitchen is not very large and a shelf was broken (granted, we are used to US fridges) so it couldn't hold too many things there, considering the large group we had. The three apartments all had a small refrigerator so were able to cool the drinks there, which we had many of as it was extremely hot the entire two weeks we were there. Overall it was a perfect vacation and would love to go back again. Highly recommended!

Amazing place

We had the most wonderful week at this beautiful spotless farmhouse. All 13 of us said it was one of the best holidays we’d ever had. Amazing house with amazing views of beautiful countryside. The pool was stunning. The only downside was that it wasn’t within walkable distance from any town so someone always had to drive but we adapted as it was so lovely we didn’t need to go out often, only to get shopping. Daniela and her brother who’s house it is we’re great and always on hand to help with anything. One evening even cooking pizzas for us all, so many different toppings, they were amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Fantastic house in Toscana

We were 6 families staying one week and we had a wonderful time. We spend many hours by the big pool. The view is great, and also the sunset from the poolarea. Daniela and her family is great and so very welcoming. We will look back at our vacation at Il Poderino with big smiles :-)

Exceeded all expectations

We could't have asked for anything better! Daniela and her family were so welcoming and accommodating nothing was too much trouble. We hired this farmhouse for a family holiday and it was absolutely stunning, both the farmhouse itself and the stunning surrounding tuscan countryside. All rooms were ensuite very clean, swimming was massive and cleaned for us each day before use. All reception areas keep clean and tidy including a games room to which we enjoyed our evenings whilst watching the world cup. We spent some evenings by the poolside watching the beautiful sunset. We were provided with everything we needed including all towels and bed linen. We cannot thank Daniela and her family enough for this amazing stay and we will definitely be back.
