Aunque solo fue mi estancia por una noche, fue muy muy cómoda, la cama y las almohadas excelente para un descanso reparador, el hotel está situado en una zona bastante céntrica 👍

I didn’t like that they were unable to locate my reservation and was turnt away to the other hotel and after showing receipts of payment only then the front desk further looked into the reservation being asked for. She was very nonchalant about the situation and didn’t offer much assistance, not sure if because her language barrier with English speakers.

Property is centrally located and they serve a good breakfast. What I didn’t like is that I booked and paid for a King Size Bed and was told on checking in that they are sold out and was given a room with 2 double beds.

Pues está bien está bonito pero la parte de mi habitación no tenía seguro y quedaba frente al estacionamiento francamente no me agradó que fuera el primer piso enfrente del estacionamiento me hubiera gustado una mínima el segundo piso pero bueno no pedimos el cambio ni nada llegamos pero sí no se durmió a gusto porque la puerta no tenía seguro encontramos el control desprogramado que como quiera eso pasa en la noche nos bañamos te amo y noche pero no había agua caliente pero al día siguiente ya había agua caliente ya que nos bañamos ymediodía no sé si es por el horario, por otro lado excelentemente el personal que tiene súper buena onda respetuosos y sobre todo honestos compré unas botanas me cobraron de más 30 40 pesos yo no me di cuenta y ellas se acercaron a mí aceptando esa Rueda y regresándome lo que me cobraron de más en verdad Muy pocas personas y excelente hotel al tener unas personas honradas como ustedes

Wifi was horrible on the first floor. Couldn't make a whatsapp voice call much less work on my computer and when recording a message in whatsapp to send to my contacts you could very clearly hear my neighbor's conversation in the background. Room had a faint odor of pee, 1 bed comforter had dirt stains and the other was ripped, no outlet by the bed to charge the phone, netflix didn't work on the tv, you can very clearly hear other guests through the walls and doors creaked very loudly including our neighbors, The beds were hard and the electricals, locks and plumbing are all antiquated and require some updating. Good things are the hot water doesn't take long to come up, there's a small table and chair to work and the bathroom is spacious

The jetted tub was not working. We called front desk. They sent housekeeping and she left the floors muddy and didn't clean it. And then they said they would call me and update me on another room and and never did. They said maintenance was going to check the pump and never did. The Executive rooms are better than me junior suite.

The pictures online Expedia was captivating making the hotel seem so clean and cozy. Beds were hard with covers smelling like half dried Clorox laundry. towels were horrible, hard and dark. Flies bit all night even with the AC on, found that very strange. The parking is not safe, it’s hazardous in emergency cases such as a fire etc. Only one entrance and it’s also used as the exit.

Staff was very rude and didn’t want to give us an extra key. I was on a business trip with my wife and had different activities and sleep times. I had to wake up my wife , sometimes we had to wait for staff to open the door for us. Please stay away from this place , three blocks from there is dangerous at night
