This is not your typical hotel. Your room will not be serviced, you have to take out your own garbage, if you need supplies you'll need to go to the front desk for toilet tissue and soap. Also, people do hang/loiter out outside and in the lobby. I did like that there was a kitchen and that it was pet friendly. However my room was filthy! I had to wipe down everything including the walls, doors, floors, bed, TV, everything single thing had to be wiped down as it was disgusting. I did speak with management after I checked out and they informed me that they were addressing the concerns with the staff and looking to make changes. I appreciate that and hope they do as this can be a really nice place.

A little outdated room, but clean. No shampoo and shower gel was unexpected:) Wi-FI the most of the time didn’t work. Staff was friendly.

The lady at the front desk was straight from the hood and was nasty and disrespectful. She seems to be very insensitive to the needs of guest. She’s clearly there just for a check. Not sure how much she gets paid, but I’m certain that she’s being overpaid for what she’s actually worth.

The property itself was average. The room was not clean upon check in. The mirror in the bathroom had stains (toothpaste), brown ring around the inside of the tub, a few old rice grains and chewed chicken bones on the ground in the kitchen area. A strand of hair was in refrigerator. I basically cleaned it myself with products I decided to purchased after seeing the room. The only thing that was neat was the bed, inside the sink and closet space.

I didn’t realize this was an extended stay property, which had people hanging out in different places. The first room I was offered was on the floor, where the smoke was thick, but I was lucky enough that the receptionist gave me another room and the second room was on a floor where there was no smoking

Th whole second floor smelled of cigarettes, the room was hardly cleaned with stains and cigarettes burns on the bed. I didn’t even unload my stuff from my suitcase, I just asked for a refund.

I booked a room with a queen size bed and a kitchen. The bed was not a queen it was a full size and it was very uncomfortable. The kitchen had pans that were rusty and the freezer also had rust in it.

The girl at the front service desk was amazing and nice give her a raise.. The place was clean and nice.. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the walls are thin so we heard screaming children all night that kept us up.. no soap or shampoo .. remote didn’t work had to get new one…. All and all it was in the middle for a rating.

There was no soap in the room. The bed was almost made. One sheet untucked. No blanket or bedspread. Sink looked like someone had washed something in it. Water spotted. Refrigerator had smudges at and around the handles.

The room was dusty and the blankets were dirty Also the carpet in the hallway was smell so bad also the one in the elevator me and my kids get sick because that Also on the website says that they serve breakfast but when I asked them on the morning they said they don’t serve! Also when I get out this morning there was two guys drunk and having couples beer with them in the elevator!!

Our check-in experience was rude - I gave Kia at the front desk a friendly "Hi" upon arrival and was given stank face in return. I can easily tolerate a range of customer service levels, but this went beyond lacking customer service and just was the front desk person being impolite to me or to other travelers. It was a rough start, and then when we got to our room, it was a little below what we expected for the experience - and our expectations were already modest. There was a lack of comfort in the room and the toilet clogged from light, routine use. There was also a smell coming from the shower drain. I would not be back here.

Overall stay at this hotel was needed for my family as it was the most reasonable pricing hotel in the hotel. Front desk was professional and somewhat helpful. Kinda was misleading with my pet because a support dog I wasn’t charged the first night but was charged when I extended which wasn’t on my behalf it was the actual hotel fault misleading I didn’t have to pay for my pet as I never do. Paying the $50 for the extension was weird. Hotel Room was okay to stay at not sure if it was a pet room but there was a little smell, floor was a little sticky, and also mold in the bathroom. You can smell the mold coming from the bathroom especially when you keep it closed which needs to be taking care of wasn’t good for my children. Also a bar of soap was left on top of the shower I guess from previous guess along with dirty white towels that had lent and little hairs in the towel. Just wasn’t comfortable showering felt very yucky. Would I stay again I’m not sure.
