I stayed at a Quality Inn recently, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
The pool and hot tub were in terrible condition—visibly dirty to the point that my family and I didn’t feel comfortable using them at all. This was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel, so it was a major letdown.
Breakfast was also poorly managed. We went down around 8:30 a.m., and they were already out of basic items like milk and coffee. When I asked the receptionist, she simply laughed and said they were out for the day. While I don’t necessarily blame her personally, it was clear this was a known and ongoing issue.
Another major inconvenience was the elevator being out of service. This could be a serious problem for anyone who has difficulty using stairs, and it’s something guests should definitely be aware of.
The room itself was acceptable, but not great—there were a few stains on the bedding, which didn’t inspire much confidence in overall cleanliness.
Overall, I would not stay here again and would recommend looking elsewhere.
