Enjoy private access to a 5+ acre stocked lake right from the property—ideal for fishing (no license required), kayaking, swimming off the floating dock or just soaking in the natural beauty. You also have a 10-acre grass field with pavilion, BBQ grill, 2 shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pit and babbling brook to entertain the kids, dogs or just enjoy the outdoor space.

Charming Cabin Features:
Main Level: Relax in the cozy 2 story living room with a wood burning fireplace, or whip up a meal in the well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Enjoy the comfort of the master bedroom with an ensuite bath, or take in the fresh air on the large covered porch and front deck.
Upper Level: The upper floor features two additional bedrooms and a shared bath, offering more space for family or friends.
Lower Level: A completely separate apartment with one bedroom, living room and eat in kitchen. This level also houses the washer and dryer. It can be closed off for privacy with a door on the main level.
Outdoor Fun: Grill up some delicious meals on the charcoal BBQ, gather around the fire pit for s'mores and storytelling under the stars, or explore the surrounding woods and lake on our private trails.

Pet-Friendly Paradise! We love dogs and welcome you to bring your furry friends to Mallard Cove! Please let us know the number, type, and a bit about your dogs when booking. To keep this pet-friendly perk available, we ask that you follow our simple rules:
No dogs on furniture or in bedrooms.
Keep barking to a minimum and always leash your dog in community areas.
Clean up after your pet, crate them at night, and when unattended.
There is a $60 pet fee per dog, per stay. If undeclared, a fee of $450 will be charged.
