Between a pond, a fountain, an old wash house, and a wooded garden, the estate offers a natural setting conducive to relaxation and rejuvenation. In this tranquil environment, water and nature set the rhythm of your stay and invite you to fully enjoy the gentle pace of life in the Sarthe countryside.

Ideally located just 3 km from the A28 motorway, Ô fil de l’eau is a perfect starting point for discovering the treasures of northern Sarthe and the gateway to the Orne region. Nature lovers will appreciate the greenway linking Chérancé to Mamers (17 km), the village pond, the unspoiled landscapes of the Alpes Mancelles, the trails of Saint-Léonard-des-Bois, the Sillé-le-Guillaume forest, and the vast forests of the Perche region. Heritage enthusiasts can stroll through the narrow streets of Fresnay-sur-Sarthe, a designated "Petite Cité de Caractère" (Small Town of Character), explore Alençon, or visit Le Mans and its famous 24 Hours circuit.

Chérancé also boasts a rich history, recounted in particular by Yves Gasnier in his books dedicated to the village.

On the ground floor, a large living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen. Separate lounge. Separate WC. One bedroom with a double bed, shower room and WC, and a kitchenette in a studio located adjacent to the main house, accessible via an external entrance. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and its own private bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
