«We recently stayed at the hotel for an additional four days, and while many of the staff members were genuinely kind and helpful, our overall experience was affected by several avoidable issues.
One of the biggest challenges was the lack of coordination among the hotel staff, which led to repeated misunderstandings. We also had a principle-based issue with the laundry team that was never resolved to our satisfaction.

«Overall a very well maintained and clean hotel. We ordered the room service chicken tikka pizza...wow excellent! The breakfast was tasty, I appreciated that the hotel rang us to remind us about the free breakfast. My one complaint is that the the hotel staff reminded us three time there would be a few if we created any stain on the sheets. No issue about the requirement just don't mention it three times during check in, we are the customers after all. Overall great place will stay again.»
