God buffet
Vært her 3 ganger nå og vi er meget fornøyd med oppholdet. kort vei fra flyplass og nære shopping og viktige steder. Minibank også rett ved siden av. Maten- da spesilet buffet både til lunsj og middag- spist mange steder i India og variasjon og smak er meget god her. Rommene er bra-litt treg roomservice og servering av drikke ved bordene også går seint. Men ellers veldig hyggelige og blide. Wi-fi er veldig dårlig- men det er det i hele området (Chennai) virker det som. Hyggelige priser på rom og mat- alkohol er forholdsvis kostbart- men det er nok pga. den høye skatten på slikt i Chennai. Vi kommer gjerne igjen.

Hyggelige og serviceinstillte ansatte. God mat. Fint hotell, om noe oppussing ikkje hadde skadet på rommene. Fantastisk sjåførservice!

Lekkert hotell med god service!
Hotellet var lekkert og alt bra. Siden jeg bare skulle overnatte fra en flyreise til å reise videre neste dag, var avstanden til flyplassen litt vel lang for dette. Omgivelsene var herlig indiske med et vakkert jaintempel rett ved siden av.

The staff were very nice. Considering the unsafe neighborhood, security was good and I’m glad it was in place! Walking around ‘outside’ the hotel did not feel safe. The staff working the food area were VERY attentive, friendly, welcoming and provided helpful recommendations. Advertisements imply 3 (three) restaurants but in reality, I was offered 1 (one) restaurant and had to request items not on the buffet. The buffet seemed to offer the same options every day and tasted nice. The items I ordered off the buffet were DELICIOUS!

Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. All the restaurants were buffet-style, with a really eclectic spread of dishes - was fun trying everything out :) Gym primarily had cardio equipment, which was good enough for me. Only a couple of minor gripes - the in-house cab rate was definitely on the higher side, but it's the price for convenience and I was OK with it. Neither of the chairs in the room were that comfortable, though the bed was perfectly fine.

Pros: Excellent overall experience, great staff and service, tasty breakfast buffet, nice open area in lobby Cons: Some rooms are a bit old including legacy ACs that don't work very well. Not enough plug points. Only one room key per room makes it very inconvenient when traveling with family, since the key is also needed to operate the lift.

Will not return and will not recommend the hotel. 1. There was mold in inner shower curtains 2. Dining staff cleans table with a towel, then a side plate on the table with the same towel and replaces cutlery on top ! 3. Overwhelmingly undesirable smell in the room. Which encouraged me to stay outside as much as possible. 4. There was only one hand towel which looked used, when requesting for more hand towels, just got one more. All in all compares very unfavorably to the amenities in any 5-star or 4-star property I have stayed in the past.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Staff was very friendly, and accommodated my last minute travel needs to go around the city. The breakfast spread was pretty good. I would probably say that my only disappointment is for a hotel like this, the bar should be 24x7. That would be a good improvement I would like to see if I am to come back again. Overall, a pleasant experience with my family.
