Nært flyplassen og god standard
Hotellet lå 5 minutter unna flyplassen og var veldig fint. Mye for pengene

We stayed at this property for one night as my husband was flying back to the UK after a 8 day stay in Goa - I was staying in Chennai for work. One night was enough. The room was very dated, and smelt VERY strongly of moth balls. There clearly wasn't a great deal of attention to detail when cleaning lots of dusty corners, and some cobwebs when you look up. The only good thing about the room was it was spacious. That's about it. The main road which the hotel sits on did not feel safe. My husband and I ventured out to get some water and that's about it. The restaurant attached to the downstairs of the hotel did not look very sanitary although I can't speak for the restaurant inside the hotel as it was closed by the time we arrived. I would not stay here again. The hotel needs a massive overhaul and some better

Roaches and more Ok, the good parts first. Bed was comfortable and sheets clean, staff was pleasant. Overall the hotel has the potential to be acceptable. But. I was greeted by about a dozen roaches in this hotel room. Most of them were assembled in the bathroom as you will shortly understand (but hey, I literally just smacked one on the bed writing this review). The bathroom appears to have about twenty years of calcified water and soap scum accumulated on the sink, floors and shower stall. The drain next to the toilet had a wad of (presumably) human hair, amidst a gelatinous blob of growth fed from a dripping fixture. The roaches seemed to favor scurrying inside the toilet bowl. Frankly, It would take an entire day with abrasive cleaners to bring that bathroom into a proper state. The beaten wood furnishings in the room need a cleaning and go-over with something for all the years of scratches and dings, but it appears nobody has cared about any of this for a very long time. I avoided breakfast as I'm wondering how they keep the kitchen? Overall I'd say this isn't a problem with the cleaning staff but management that has been willing to let it get this way over a long time. Bugs and dirty rooms have been common complaints for the past years, and the managers reply on the reviews that they care, but nothing has been done - it's empty talk.

Not a good experience.
It was not a good experience. I checked in at 1 am . Was told room is ready . It was not I half used water bottle. Although bathroom amenities were kept but bathroom was not clean . The bathroom walls seem to have some permanent stops.Breakfast spread is ordinary. Takes time to refill. Left after waiting for a dish for sometime. In the morning the alley was not clean till 9 30 am and cleaning materials were lying next to the room .The floor was dirty .While leaving for the day I told this to the receptionist and he said my room and all wall be clean. At 5 pm the room was not cleaned. On complaining this was cleaned. It took them half hour to tea cattle in the room. The positive factor was air conditioning and hot water without difficulty and location near airport.Charging ₹4200 per night for this facility is too much. The rooms and services are worth ₹ 3000 max.

Wash room is very slippery and draining condition in bathroom is very poor. Cleanliness of bedspread and pillow covers is not good. Complimentary breakfast is good. Staffs are courteous.

Great budget place to stay for those use Airport.
The location is good , near to airport. Had delicious breakfast with the Indian food soft idli, Pongal , soft vada , bread, dosa, veg rice, etc. Clean and neat. Staffs are very much adaptable.

well, the property is located on a dark shady area (especially on the night no light), lot of bugs, rooms are not clean, blood stains on the window screens. no proper privacy lock for the door. Anyone with the key from outside can open the door!

I never stayed in a worse property, I made a reservation assuming that Orbitz only have good property on their list, but after checking in, i realized this is a horrible Hotel. Their Towels are not cleaned and did have fungus and their bed sheets were never replaced, the bed quality was so bad. I lie down on the bed for few mins and starting feeling itchy all our my body. I have to immediately check out and requested for refund to both Hotel Management and Orbitz but yet to receive any response. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are being close to the airport and not giving proper service. I will never ever stay at this place.

The staff were very helpful, I needed foreign exchange in a hurry and they were eager to arrange it fast. The breakfast is super good, close to Airport and easy since I arrived late at night. The room was good size for 2 of us. It is good value for money I travelled from Phoenix USA. I did not like AC as it was not very cooling at night.

This hotel was great value for being close to the airport, especially for a western traveler looking for softer bed. The staff was attententive and the breakfast buffet excellent. Also the food I ordered for room service.

Great budget business hotel near airport
Overall this was a great experience. I found the restaurant staff especially helpful as they worked to reduce spiciness of cuisine for my western palette. The room was comfortable with plenty of hot water for showers, air-conditioning was good, lots of light. Only complaint I had was that the mattresses were too soft for me. Wi-Fi worked well most of the time and daily housecleaning was excellent.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. The first time was for a week, more recently just one night as we were leaving the next day. Both times we were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the convenience to the airport is wonderful. The meals in the restaurant are delish, and the breakfast has omelets. The rooms are clean, AC worked great. This is our go-to place to stay whenever we are in Chennai.

The staff were polite and responsive to my requests. Successfully booked me a taxi for 4am in the morning.
