This hotel smelled great. it's not the overwhelming perfume or potpourri, but a pleasant smell of tea leaves. The breakfast was so great with so many varieties. All their staff were super friendly and courteous. I want to give a special thanks to Robert tending the the first floor. He's a hero in helping me navigating through the transportation system and my itinerary in China. Overall, a lovely experience. I wish I had more time in this hotel as I only stayed two nights.

Wonderful hotel, we stayed in the club suite, absolutely gorgeous. The club restaurant is nice, decent food, good wine great service. The signature Chinese restaurant on the 26th floor is just average, not worth the price and the effort.

Stay for two nights with family, my experience was terrible here. 1. I booked executive room, when I visited the Executive Lounge to have a drink, I found out the fruit choice are very limited, only four cheap fruits: apple banana orange and pear, non cut in plate. 6-7 staff preparing the food but after 30 min only some plate and 4 fruits plus almond cookie, many guests waking around but get almost nothing and to eat. I filed a complaint to manager, the reply was disappointed, the manager replied me with many excuses, and no correction plan for this issue, and I said I may file complaint again, and I was informed I have the right to file a complaint to the headquarters. So why not? 2. The toilet was blocked after last usage at night, it is automatic, so it kept flushing, until flood the whole floor of bathroom. In the morning I was scared by what I saw. Hope this hotel could improve the service and certain hardware, make sure check your toilet before go to sleep, at this point I am not satisfied at all.

Gorgeous property with five-star services, most of which were complimentary with our booking, super proactive and respectful staff, and amazing room overlooking much of central Chengdu. Also wonderful buffet breakfast. For someone more accustomed to American price points, the cost per night was an absolute bargain. I’ll end by saying this property got review bombed somewhat on Googs (looks like a lot of the 1-star write-ups complained about cleanliness), but everything including room condition and overall hygiene were 5/5 for me.

the people in loby was very nice and always try to service you or help you solve problem. pretty professional. I flew 19 hours and laned in the early morning, I know the normal check in time was 3 pm, however they try their best to have the room ready for me in about less than 30 minute.

One of the best Ritz Carlton hotels we have ever stayed. From the minute we stepped into the entrance to the main lobby on 25th floor, the staff greeted us with warm smiles. Check in was fast and easy. Our room on the club level had a great view of the city. From the spa to restaurants, every part of this property is well maintained by their friendly staff. Breakfast options are impressive with plenty of local Sichuan dishes. We would definitely come back again!

Luxury hotel with excellent location, amazing city view and friendly staff. She even offered me late check out at 4:00pm so that I could relax at hotel before my flight. Highly recommended. I would definitely come back again next time.

Hotel surely lives up to its name. Located in the strict city center and easily accessible by subway. The rooms are spacious and well-designed. I highly recommend access to the business lounge. It's opened from noon till 10:30pm. They offer light lunch, snacks, afternoon tea, light dinner and cocktails depending on the time of the day. Very polite and attentive staff in the lounge and the whole hotel. Special thanks to Niki, Andy and Julie who made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfasts were very good with many both Chinese and international options. Well-equipped gym with big swimming pool. Will visit again for sure.
