This cottage has a very spacious kitchen and open living room, four bedrooms, one closed small living room with two beds, one small office space with a Murphy bed and two bathrooms. All this space on the shores of Lac Simon accommodates up to 16 people with these 10 beds . A navigable lake, private beach, outdoor fireplace... The Space:

There are two kayaks and a canoe available and accessible for guests. Life jackets are not provided. Pontoon welcomed but must follow the city rules and unfortunately cant park on the duck.

Currently, there is no fondue set or raclette oven. You are welcome to bring your own.

Check-in is from 5:00 p.m. and check-out is from 11:00 a.m.

Wall-mounted air conditioning is available in rooms 1 and 2 only.

Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and for a fee of 100 + tax per dog per stay.

There is no regular outdoor outlet for plugging in electric vehicles.



Guest Access:

Lac Simon is a navigable lake. Customers who wish to bring their rental can launch it at the Lac Simon Marina located at 846 Chemin Tour-du-Lac, Chéneville. Boat washing is mandatory and the municipality charges a fee of $110 + tax for launching. There is no dock available. Please note: prices are subject to change without notice; it is the customer's responsibility to check the launch fee.



Other Things to Note:

As the residence is located in the countryside, there could be - despite the necessary measures put in place to prevent this - insects or small animals in the vicinity or getting inside if doors and/or windows are left open.



Wall-mounted air conditioning is only available in rooms 1 and 2.



A security deposit of $1000 is required as a pre-authorization on a credit card for all rentals made through certain platforms.



Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and for a surcharge of $125+ tax/dog/stay.
