    Velkommen til Lake Life at The Lookout ved Lake Chelan. The Lookout ligger en kilometer fra byen ved innsjøen, og blir et valg av ferierende til Chelan-området.
    Lake Life ble designet for det formålet, Lake Life har to soverom med queen size-senger og et køyre med fire senger. Denne konfigurasjonen sover 7 voksne med 2 mindre køyer i ungdomsstørrelse. Hovedsoverommet har en dobbel sovesofa.

    Dette tre etasjers huset er det første i sitt slag på utkikk. De viktigste oppholdsrom er i midterste etasje, med master suite som okkuperer hele øverste etasje. I underetasjen finner du et andre soverom, køyeseng, medierom, bad og vaskerom.

    Smart TV-er er plassert i hovedområdet og i medierommet i underetasjen med en HD-TV i hovedsuiten. Alle TV-ene har DVD / Blu-Ray-spillere med gratis Wi-Fi og utvidet TV-tjeneste. Det er takvifte i stuen og master suite.

    Det viktigste oppholdsrommet har et skreddersydd bord med plass til 6-10 personer. Det er en peis for å varme sjelen din på de kalde vinterkveldene mens du kobber i sofaen med favorittboken din.

    Gourmetkjøkkenet har alt du trenger for matlagingen, inkludert alle grunnleggende krydder.

    Men mer enn selve huset er det ekspansive utendørs boareal, med over 500 kvadratmeter dekk over garasjen koblet til 150 kvadratmeter tildekket dekk. Det store dekket har et utendørs spisebord med plass til 6 og et avslapningsområde som har plass til en sofa, to store stoler med ottomaner og et salongbord.  Det er en stor justerbar paraply for din solbeskyttelse. Propan-BBQ sitter på det dekkede dekket med en Tommy Bahama 100-kjølt kjøler, to polstrede stoler med matchende ottomaner og et lite bord.  Dette er det perfekte stedet å nyte en drink tidlig om morgenen og lese avisen, eller bare nyte utsikten over byen Chelan og den nedre innsjøen når solen varmer deg.

    En annen 150 kvadratmeter stor uteplass ligger ved boblebadet omgitt av fargerike planter med utsikt over Chelan.

    Utflukter fra huset inkluderer vingårder, fotturer, sykling, terrengsykling, svømming, kajakkpadling, båtliv, ski, snøscooterkjøring, eller bare sparke rundt i byen.

    Hunder er tillatt på Wine Down. Maksimalt 2 hunder, 70 kilo eller mindre, kasse sovende, potte trent. INGEN valper.

    Lookout-samfunnet vokser, og det kan være byggeaktivitet under oppholdet. Byggetiden varierer etter sesong, men vil falle mellom kl. meter. - 6:00 s. meter. på hverdager og 8:00 a. meter. - 04:30 s. meter. i helgene. Our stay here was absolutely amazing. I have zero complaints. The house was great and the scheduled activities on top of all the amenities and other things to do was perfect fory kids. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Wine weekend get away

Two couples, three dogs, a couple days of enjoying the area wineries. Every amenity one could want to make for a comfortable stay. Would certainly return.

We booked a different house this year for fun, and loved “Lake Life.” The location close to the pool & pickleball were great, and the house is really cool with a big deck to eat our meals outside. We roasted marshmallows at the fire pit and enjoyed separate spaces for adults and kids to hang out. It was so fun to relax in a super cute and comfortable setting.

A Darn Nice Time

The house isn't huge but it was plenty big for all of us, and we spent most of the time outside anyway. There are plenty of conveniences not listed that really should be, including a Keurig, as well as a blender. All in all a great trip. We followed the departure process to a "t", the cleaners are prompt, so expect to be out before 11am.

Sleeps 9 is a little overstated

Everything was very good. The house is just small. Master Bedroom had a full size bed and a twin hide a bed. Downstairs bedroom had another full size bed. Bunk room had two short twin beds and two narrower than twin beds. The living spaces were small and furnished with uncomfortable furniture. The deck and outside furniture , kitchen and The Lookout overall were wonderful!!!! But I guess this just wasn’t the house for us BTW two parents and four teenage and early 20’s kids. We will return to the lookout- just rent a larger house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was nice and easy. We have started at The Lookout multiple times, and the experience is always top tier. To note the large negative we had on this trip is our pedal bike and electric scooter were stolen from our front porch and I contacted the office and spoke with a staff member but no one reported back to me if they were able to find the items. The house is well kept, the property is like a resort - great for families. The house is small, but the outdoor living is where we spent most of our awake hours. This house worked for our two families with young children. Super small bunk room, small queen room, massive master on the top floor.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the actual house is beautiful, the heating/air conditioning is absolutely horrible. It was so cold in the downstairs bedrooms we actually left a night early as the kids were sick from freezing all night. We attempted to turn off the AC but it didn't help and then the upstairs bedroom was too hot. We have stayed at the lookout for years and this is the first time we left early because of the accommodations. When we made the office aware they said they would send someone out but the problem is this is a known issue, there's even a note beside the AC keypad saying the basement gets too cold. When we asked for any partial refund it was met with a "we'll get back to you" and no one ever did. I would never stay at this place again and am not pleased with the overall response I received from the lookout.

The separation of the downstairs for one family (with all the kids in the bunk room) with the second family on the top floor created privacy and separation when needed. The outdoor space created an enormous area for everyone to enjoy. I watched both the sunrise and the sunset from the deck. The proximity to the playground and “bike circle” plus both pools was easy to quickly switch between activities. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you could imagine (even an electric tea kettle for us tea drinkers) as well as all paper towels, Kleenex, toilet paper, napkins, etc. We had a battery issue with the garage door opener but maintenance came right away and fixed it quickly. It was a perfect getaway with just one exception. The master bedroom has a portable a/c unit which we were very grateful to have in the mid-July heat but it is extremely loud. We didn’t sleep that well on this vacation due to a/c unit. A ductless mini-split (as they have elsewhere in the house) would do wonders for the third floor. If we decide to vacation with our friends again, we would consider coming back!

Stairs and stairs and stairs, oh my!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental house is very lovely. Nicely decorated and kitchen with all the tools you might need. Very clean. Awesome deck and nice hot tub/fire pit. The beds are comfortable. The bedrooms are small. Also, the “child” bedrooms are in the lower level and the master suite is the only thing on the top level so there was a LOT of stair climbing going up and down two flights of stairs to go between kids and parents. The middle level is where the kitchen and living room are located. So if you rent this, be prepared for LOTS of stairs. Bikes were available on the garage along with some water toys. Overall nice house. Small view of mountains. The overall property of chelan lookout is great. The little beach and marina are perfect and the pools and other play areas are nice. They had a movie in the lawn overlooking the lake one night and a giant slip and slide another day. They have some GREAT and welcoming employees (especially the fair skinned strawberry blond young man who operated the shuttle down to the lake. My husband is disabled and he came and got us several times. Always super nice,,friendly/talkative and polite. He deserves a raise!). The houses are very close together so if you’re used to having lots space and quiet, it might be too close for comfort. But if you live in a neighborhood, it’s probably nicer and quieter than most. Overall highly recommend renting at the lookout.

I have twin toddlers that are still talking about our trip, which is amazing in itself because they’re only 3, it’s been nearly a month since our stay and the majority of our time was spent at the playground, pool, and home! Reviewer Comments: This was our third trip to The Lookout in as many months...we're digging Lake Chelan wineries and the dog friendly atmosphere of The Lookout homes. Brought our daughter and fiance to look at winery venues for their wedding. While there are a few floors to this house, it was nicely separated for them and us. The pups loved the quick access to trails (and so did we)...the huge deck is beautiful and well equipped...the hot tub is nice and private. Loved our 3-nights there...the unit has comfy bedding and cozy communal areas.

Fun Vacation!

This was our first visit to the lookout and we will definitely come back!The house was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The only exception was the downstairs queen bed which was very uncomfortable and hard. The pillows were also flat and not comfortable. My adult daughter never was able to sleep through the night and was tired for the duration of our stay. New pillows and a mattress topper would do wonders.
