Adjoining the owners' house, Le Piegonnier is a 190 m² gîte (holiday cottage) on several levels. The entrance opens onto the living room with an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and relaxation space, as well as a separate WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two with two single beds (90x190 cm) each. This level also has a bathroom with three showers, a double vanity, and a WC. On the top floor, a large bedroom offers two single beds (90x190 cm) and a round bed, as well as a shower room.
Outside, a walled and gated courtyard of approximately 200 m² allows guests to enjoy sunny days in complete safety. A 12 m² terrace with garden furniture completes the outdoor space. Located very close to the "Chemin des Vignes" road, the gîte benefits from easy access. Parking is available in the courtyard for one vehicle, and there is free parking 330 meters away.
