Le Toit du Lac - Swimming Pool, Tennis and Lake View

Our cottage is an old farmhouse, ideal for a stay with family or friends.

Exceptional views of Lake Pannecière in the heart of the Morvan. The property features a heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a trampoline, a swing, and a barbecue (charcoal not included) for cooking with a view of the lake.

Enjoy nature. You can enjoy many sports in addition to those available on the property: hiking, fishing, water sports…

The cottage is classified as "Furnished Tourist Accommodation 3*" for 15 people.

It has a living room, a kitchen, a games room with ping-pong, air hockey, darts… (remember to bring your own darts and ping-pong and tennis balls/paddles).

Of course, there is all the equipment for a pleasant stay: Internet, Television, DVD & CD player, fully equipped modern kitchen including microwave and dishwasher.

There is also a summer kitchen with a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.

There are 6 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) on the ground floor; upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with a double bed (one 140x190cm and one 160x200cm), one bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (plus a travel cot), one bedroom with a single bed and two bunk beds, and one bedroom with two single beds and a pull-out bed. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 15 people.

We have a bathroom on the ground floor, with a shower and separate toilet, and a shower room with a separate toilet in the summer residence. There is a toilet upstairs with a new bathroom.

The house also has a large reception room for eating, playing games or dancing!

You have full ownership of the property! :)

I am available by phone throughout your stay and someone can come to the location if there is a problem.

You will be in a haven of peace, without noise, in communion with nature and with an exceptional view of Lake Pannecière.

The heated swimming pool is available from May to September with the possibility of opening from Easter and even until All Saints' Day depending on the weather.

When it is a booking for a weekend, the departure time is pushed back to 2pm on Sunday (10am departure only for bookings from Saturday to Saturday).

Bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen are not provided.

A liability waiver and holiday liability insurance are required from tenants, releasing the owner from all liability in case of an accident on the property and protecting you in case of a claim.
