Absolutely enjoyed the home very clean. Didn't have to drive far the home is near downtown so that was a plus.. Didnt like having to wash the towers or take out the trash but the overall stay was great i would stay again.. Beds are comfortable. Highly recommend 👌.

Amazing
This is perhaps the best VRBO experience I have ever had. The house is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for my mom, my spouse and twin boys (who loved the bunk beds). The house had everything we could possibly needs from plenty of towels, a complete kitchen, toilet paper, shampoo/ conditioner and body wash. The backyard area is private and cozy! The location is in a fabulous and quiet neighborhood but located ten mins to downtown and 5 mins to 10 mins to rock city, Ruby falls and the incline railway. We will absolutely stay here again with any future opportunities in Chattanooga.

Weekend in Chattanooga
My family and I recently experienced a short getaway and searched last minute for a place to stay in Chattanooga. The house was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms with one of the rooms having a triple decker bunkbed. The house was very clean and updated nicely. We enjoyed sitting around the firepit in the back yard and played cornhole. The kids loved the board/cards games that were also provided. Location is literally the best. Central spot to everywhere. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonder Springbreak with small kids
We had a 3 day trip planned with our young 4 kids. The three boys loved the bunk beds and the house was perfect to base our activities out from. The location was perfect as it is close to anything you would want to do in the area. We would happily book this place again. Thanks!

Family friendly and spacious!
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! There was plenty of room to spread out and we never felt like we were on top of each other like we would've in a hotel. My family enjoyed playing all of the games provided and the kids loved the awesome bunk beds. The home is very well stocked with anything you might need during your stay. We never got to enjoy the cute backyard because of the weather, but it would've been great for hanging out and making smores! The neighborhood was also very nice and in the perfect location if you're doing all of the touristy things nearby.

Fantastic Chattanooga!
We went for a few days to Chattanooga and had an amazing time. This property is in a great location and very quiet, however, close to everything you would want to do and see. The property is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this home for your stay!

Quick Overnight
Stopped for a quick overnight with all the kids on our trip. Great little place we had a problem with the drain and the mgt got us help immediately. They couldn’t fix the drain but they tried! Good place love the fire pit!

Great Place Close to Downtown Chattanooga
This is a beautiful, very newly remodeled, clean, and comfortable place to stay near downtown Chattanooga. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children had everything we needed, including some very fun wooden games for the kids. The kitchen is well-equipped. We will stay here again.

Fall Break
We enjoyed our stay, excellent property. The house was as advertised, very clean, nicely decorated, VERY CONVENIENT location . The owner was quick to answer questions via email. Our group had a couple of handicapped folks, we appreciated that the parking was at the door. We suggested that the house needs one handrail on the porch & grab bars in the bathrooms. The second bath was farther away from the bedrooms but definitely great to have a 2nd bath! Staying in St Elmo was close to everything & getting around Chattanooga from this location was easy! Would definitely stay here again.

Very neat house in the historic St Elmo’s neighborhood in Chattanooga. Plenty of space for a small family and nice outdoor spaces as well. Definitely saving this place for future visits.

On our way to Gulf Shores with a layover
We decided to stop in Chattanooga to break up the trip. This home is in a quiet neighborhood, everything you need close by. Super close to Rock City which we wanted to see. This house will not disappoint. There is a park close by that helped get some much need extra energy out before we left. If we come back we will try and stay here again. Thank you to the home owners for allowing us to stay and visit.

Good location for weekend stay
Location was very good. Quiet older neighborhood but a short drive away from downtown Chattanooga. Close to a nice playground if you have kids. The house was nicely remodeled and the pictures were accurate. Checkin was very easy. My only complaint was that the place was not that clean when we got there (lots of dust and stuff under the couch) but not a huge deal. The hvac unit is also pretty noisy and probably needs to be replaced, you can hear it struggling at night. Not a big deal but something to be aware of.

Spring Break 2023

Great Location
Our family chose Chattanooga for our spring break so that we could bike and hike. This house was perfect! The bike path that leads to the river path into Chattanooga is right outside the front door. Great hiking is close by, too.

Close to it all
This property is a great, short drive into downtown Chattanooga and a short drive to Rossville. Location is in an older part of town. When I mean older, I say that there are alot of the historic homes nearby but few have been updated or remodeled. The street was on felt safe, but for young kids the backyard is not ideal: it is completely gravel. No grass at all. I love the modern approach the owners took with the decor, furnishings, and house character. Beautiful wooden floors, but if you have a light sleeping toddler they will wake up as walking around causes expected creakiness. Preteen loved the bunk beds but no closet area in the bunk bed room. The bedrooms are clustered side by side to each other on one wing of the house and then a small bathroom with tub is on the same wing. Smack dab in the middle is the kitchen and living room, but on the opposite wing is a small laundry area and a larger bathroom with a walk in shower. The unit was clean and even had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Great family stay! Would recommend.

Worth the money!!
The place was clean and the check-in process was a breeze. It’s close to Rock City and downtown Chattanooga among other amazing attractions. We all had a great time and loved the location. Our kids loved the 3 tier bunk bed setup!! It was definitely worth the price and whenever we go back to visit, we’ll book this again as long as it’s available.

Fabulous experience!

Wonderful stay
We went to Chattanooga for our family vacation this year. One of the best trips we have ever had. This made the beach seem overrated. The house was great! We booked it because of location and the room with the bunk beds. My boys loved getting to sleep in the bunk room. I made them switch each night who got the top bunk. Kitchen was beautiful and ready to cook in. They had oil and spices and other things you wouldn't normally have available for cooking on vacation. The one and only draw back we had with the house was the lack of back yard. It was all gravel and that's a little hard with young kids. I think that is just city living. But luckily there was some green space across the street where my kids could throw baseball and a huge park with in walking distance. The other thing I loved about this house was the location. Literally, 1 mile from Incline Railway and Rock City. Very close to Ruby Falls and hiking. If you've never been to Chattanooga, GO and stay in this house. You will not be disappointed.

Lacrosse tournament
The home was perfect for our group of moms and daughters! We had a lacrosse tournament at Camp Jordan and the drive was 20 minutes! The girls had a blast hanging out in the bunk room. Would love to book again when we are in town!

Family Vacation to Chattanooga

Chattanooga Family Fun
We really enjoyed our stay in this quaint home. It is nicely updated! The neighborhood is quiet, with friendly neighbors and locals out for walks and bike rides! We were close to the sights that our kids were interested in and also close to downtown activities. Communication with hosts was easy over texts, and they were very responsive to all of our needs. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend!

Fantastic location for families
This property is fantastic. There is a brand new playground that is located 2 blocks from this property that is great for all children. My 4 year old and 1 year old had such a great time. We didn’t see it in the description but know that the property includes a booster seat and pack n’ play if needed. The St. Elmo neighborhood is a perfect place to stay in Chattanooga as it’s 10 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to Rock City and Lookout Mountain. You can’t go wrong stay here. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.
