We can be available as little or as much as our guests need.

You will have access to the entire home except for 2 rooms that are used for storage.

No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.) inside the home. A cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated.

No Parties or Events: This home is for quiet enjoyment and is not to be used for parties, events, or large gatherings.

We are 3 senior ladies who spent two days in this home while we were visiting the Chattanooga area. It's a convenient location near the downtown area where we felt safe and secure. The home is very spacious with comfortable living areas and spacious private bedrooms and baths. The beds are comfy and all the spaces were very clean. The owner was friendly and helpful and genuinely wanted to ensure we were comfortable. We'd like to stay here the next time we visit Chattanooga.

Very conveniently located. The place was beautiful. Very clean! All furnishings were up to date and the beds were incredibly comfortable! My guest that stayed with me is a very successful real estate broker and she represents an upscale community in Birmingham AL. She was equally impressed. I would highly recommend this place!

I do a lot of research before bookimg a property, and this was the hands-down winner! We came up for a trip to the aquarium. The home is walkable for adults/older kids, we had littles so we drove(super quick, right across the bridge!). We ate an amazing breakfast at milk& honey(walking distance). The night views were amazing and the proximity to everything, while still getting a quiet getaway was unbeatable! The driveway provided a great play spot for the kiddos and it was so nice not having to worry with through traffic. The garage was also nice to be able to pull right up to the unloading spot. Randall was the only Chattanooga vrbo host to get back to me so promptly. He answered all of my questions and was very polite. Couldn't ask for a better way to start the holiday season! Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Retreat. The property was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished — truly a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we really appreciated the peaceful setting.Our host, Randall, was welcoming and responsive, making the entire experience smooth from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the attention to detail throughout the home, which made it feel both cozy and upscale.The property is in a quiet setting, yet still close to shops, restaurants, and all the attractions in Chattanooga.Overall, a wonderful experience that we would happily recommend to anyone visiting the area. We’ll definitely be back!

This was wonderful launch point for me and my family to explore Chattanooga and the surrounding area for possible retirement options. The house was new, comfortable, and spacious and had just about everything you might need to make the stay comfortable. The location was great and within walking distance of some great restaurants and Coolidge park. We would definitely stay again if coming with a group.
