This home is fully stocked with anything you could need whether you are coming to Chattanooga for work or play! Enjoy restaurants and nightlife in downtown Chattanooga (only a 5-mile drive). This home is centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Less than 5 miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and 7 miles from Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (7 miles from the airport), visiting universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located.
The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. Enjoy a restful evening in the brand-new shared hot tub just steps off the back deck. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times. Inside our beautiful home, you will find 3 comfortable and calming bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, a beautiful living space with plenty of seating, and a game room downstairs! There are only 3 Bedrooms in this property. The two twin beds are located in the loft area of this property. There is also a sofa bed in the main living space. A total of 10 guests can stay at this property.

The hot tub needed water and desperately needs cleaning. There was stuff floating in it and it has a scum line. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pool table is broke and unusable. The dart board has no darts to it. The tv in the upstairs bedroom would not work and when we contacted the management company we were told to unplug it and try again. I didn’t want to spend a ton of time trying to get it to work while on vacation and since we were only there 2 nights decided to live without it. I have rented properties numerous times and the issues at this property seemed excessive for what was paid. I should also mention the bbq grill was disgusting and would’ve needed a serious clean before I would’ve ever put food on it to grill. Our entire group was very disappointed.

We visited during fall break and loved how close the house was to Ruby Falls and Rock City — both were amazing! The house on Missionary Ridge was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.A few small issues: the pool table was a bit worn, and there was some mold on the shower curtains with no liners. I reported it, and the host responded right away, bringing new liners that same day (which I didn’t mind putting on). They said maintenance would check the pool table after our stay. We didn’t use the hot tub, so I can’t comment on that, but it was available. The dartboard could use replacing, and there were no darts.Overall, nothing that took away from our trip — we had a great time! The house was well stocked, and having coffee, creamers, and sweeteners waiting for us was such a thoughtful touch. Communication was excellent from start to finish!

Location and house was great. Only a few things that would have made it 5 star experience. When we checked in there were 2 separate contracts that needed to be signed, one on VRBO and another through another site. It was very cumbersome. In addition to all the T&Cs it was stressful to get pre-approval to we have friends over for dinner. I was worried that we would need to seriously adjust our plans. The only other items was there was no shower liner in the upstairs bathroom and we communicated that we were out of shampoo, body wash and conditioner, but nothing ever happened to get it resolved. Otherwise I was very pleased with the stay.

Excellent choice to enjoy Chattanooga
We traveled to Chattanooga to enjoy the Christmas activities at Rock City, the Tennessee Aquarium and downtown with our family and friends. The location of the home was so convenient to all the attractions with great restaurants and stores very close by. The home comfortable slept four adults, two teenagers, two young children, a toddler and a newborn. The owner was very gracious and quick to respond to questions. The home was well appointed and very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious and Convenient Location
Location was GREAT! Within a few minutes of most of the attractions that we came to see! Very spacious and clean! The downfall was that the washer machine continuously leaked water without being used so we weren't able to wash clothes and the upstairs shower curtain could be replaced as it had dirt/mold at the bottom of it. Aside from those issues, we had a great stay!

Birthday weekend getaway
The location was great for being close to downtown Chattanooga. After checking in, I didn’t get any more quick responses from the property manager. So for future references, please have a process on how to use the hot tub and the cover needs to be replaced. Besides the little ant issues and water bugs. This property really helped aid our weekend for a good time. Thank you again.

Great for family
Overall, this was a great house for our group of 7. We had 4 adults and 3 kids from 6-13. The house was clean and functional, and it was really easy to access everything Chattanooga had to offer. The host was communicative and helpful at all times. I would stay with the company again.
Our only negative was the hot tub - it was meant for 2 people and very small. That would've been nice to be clear about. Also, having dedicated towels for the hot tub would have helped us a bit along with some kind of mat at the backdoor for coming back in from using it. Regardless, this did not have a negative impact on our stay and we would go back.

Chatanooga family vacation
The house was clean and spacious. Overall liked the property, but neighbor's said their car was robbed at night when we were there. The games in the garage were in need of some repair, but still usable and had fun with that. The air conditioning worked VERY well. Needed to keep the main floor very cold so that 2nd floor not too hot. Close to Lookout mountain and about 40 minute drive to white water rafting.

Clean & comfortable
House has great views over the city & plenty of sleeping options for a large family. It was clean & well stocked with essential items. Teens really enjoyed the games in the basement. Stairs were a little challenging for senior citizens but manageable. Location is great for getting to a variety of events, restaurants & excursions.

Quick Trip
This property was OK & worked for our needs. We were there just for two nights for a family wedding. The location was good, as it was very close to downtown & Lookout Mountain (site of the wedding). The biggest concern was overall cleanliness. While it looks new and fresh in the online pictures - it could use some attention & a deep clean. Not an unfixable problem, just an honest review.

Second Time Around
We enjoyed our time in Chattanooga and at Missionary Ridge. It is a beautiful, well-kept property. The owners were easy to reach and handled an issue with another renter parking in our space timely and seamlessly. I was disappointed to find no closet access in the master bedroom and the toilet paper dispenser broken. I do recommend ironing in advance or bringing a board and iron, as none are available at the property. All in all, this is a great property for a short-term rental.

Perfect for our usage!
This is a great property with plenty of room for a group to stay together. We selected this because we were visiting family nearby and wanted to provide a larger meeting place for the extended family to gather (since lots of houses in this area are on the smaller size). This place gave us room to entertain the entire family and for everyone to be comfortable. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Pros:
* Owner communication: we had no need for any support from the owners during our stay. The check in/check out process was seamless. There was no clumsy key hiding/storing (everything is on a code lock). Check in/check out instructions were provided at perfect timing.
* Size: We were able to host the extended family in the living area and kitchen (~10ppl) comfortably. There is plenty of room to move around. We found the size to be exactly what we expected from the pictures.
* Kitchen/Laundry services are great. There is enough kitchen equipment to get you started with just about anything (including a crock pot).
* Hot Tub! I forgot if this was originally part of the listing and no one had time to go soak, but there is a hot tub off of the back. This might be something that isn't mentioned in the listing so bring swim trunks.
* No shortage of TVs. There is only one room (upstairs bedroom) that is without a TV (at the time of this review). If your group has a desire to watch TV, they won't be disappointed. There is even one in the garage.
* Convenient location: This place is right between east ridge and downtown Chatt. There is easy access to the freeway as well. The road noise is a little higher than I would have liked, but I also sleep with the windows open (most of the time).
Cons:
* One of the big draws for our group was the ping pong table and pool table, featured in the garage. While they are usable, they are not in a good state of repair (at the time of this writing). The ping pong table has a large chunk that is broken (forming a large crack) and while it is still usable, we hesitated to move it from its location against the wall for fear of damaging it. The pool table struggled with being anywhere close to level. While this makes for some interesting behavior on shots, it doesn't lend itself to predictability. We only found one usable stick as well. To be fair, it is likely that keeping this type of a equipment (ping pong & pool tables) up in a VRBO is a challenge, given the wide variety of vacationers.
