Vi har alt du trenger: strandstoler, sandparaply, sandleker og kjøligere. Chatham har ganske mange strender ved hav og ferskvann. Den berømte Hardings Beach ligger bare 5 minutter unna. Nydelig utedusj og klær, gjør turer fra stranden enkelt.

Heng i hengekøye for å lure eller lese i skyggen. Spill spill i den store, private hagen, egnet for familiefotball, wiffleball, boccia og krokett som er morsomme for alle aldre. En av favorittene våre er å utforske “The Garden Path”, en gresskledd sti som går fra huset mot Oyster Pond.

Nydelig feriested nær fine strender, sykkelstier, fotturer, gode shoppingmuligheter og restauranter. 5 minutter til sentrum av Chatham og Hardings Beach. Gangavstand til det lokale fiskemarkedet, deli, naturlig matbutikk og pizza. Huset ligger i et rolig område på en blindvei til Oyster Pond, ingen gjennomgangstrafikk eller offentlig tilgang.

This home was really cute and cozy! It was close to a lot of things. We took an uber everywhere and we usually didn’t have to wait long. We were here in early October. Bonnie is an outstanding host! She is very prompt to respond and very helpful. The nearby beaches are a must see, as is Chatham Pier! Downtown shopping is full of great shops! Everyone in the area was so very friendly!

My family and I have been coming to the cape every summer for the last 5 years. This was our first time staying in this location and we liked the ease of it. About a 5 minute drive into downtown Chatham, made it easy to get to shops and restaurants. The yard was the highlight of our 4 year olds trip- he loved playing ball with his dad and every day! Our host, Bonnie was amazing with communicating and ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay.

Bonnie is an amazing host! We had absolutely everything we needed for a 3 night stay and Bonnie was so quick to answer us! We loved the use of the grill on the deck. Location was also in great driving distance to everything. Definitely will plan on staying here again!! :)

-For those that have never stayed in Chatham, there is a binder that Bonnie has put together that is full of helpful information to help guide you if you aren't familiar with the area. In it you will find places to visit, eat, and other helpful resources.- We loved being able to walk to Mac's seafood. I highly recommend Mac's and being able to walk there via the path off the back of the house was perfect. - My husband and I love to take morning walks, and this house is in a perfect location to do just that. We walked to town and back (a 3 mile walk both ways) and a run to lighthouse beach (5 miles both ways) and it was the perfect start to the day. Places we loved to visit: -Chatham Pier and downtown -Chatham lighthouse tour-Eastham: Nauset Lighthouse / National Seashore -Mini golf on the day we arrive in Yarmouth before check-in- Chatham Squire, Mac's Seafood and Kream n' Kone, Chatham Moods for breakfast and Captain's Table. -We grilled on the gas grill on the deck and it was a perfect way to end a great day on the beach! -My boys' age 8, loved playing wiffle ball, morning and night, in the backyard with the equipment provided in the well-organized shed. In addition, all 4 kids enjoyed relaxing on the hammock in the side yard. - Harding's beach is beautiful and only a very short drive (a few minutes.) Overall, this property made our favorite place even more perfect. It was clean, beautiful, the owner was responsive and had everything we needed.

Perfect Stay in Chatham—Highly Recommend

We’ve been visiting Chatham for 20 years, and this rental was by far our best experience! The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The location is fantastic—just a short drive to both town and the beaches, making it super convenient for everything we wanted to do.The host, Bonnie, was exceptional. Her communication was clear, timely, and incredibly helpful, which made the entire process stress-free.The room and bed setup were perfect—comfortable and spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The yard was another highlight, with a cute and usable space for games and lounging in the sun.All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Chatham. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place, terrific host!

The unusual heat during our stay was a bit of a curve ball, but it only made us appreciate this very comfortable sanctuary more after staying in another place over the days before that had us sweltering much of the time. Bonnie's sweet and well-maintained home was very comfortable and appreciated by everyone. It's also well located for exploring not only around Chatham but all around the Cape. Bonnie also gets high marks for being very helpful and always accessible.Highly recommend!

Perfect Cape Cod Summer Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming Cape Cod summer house. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and came with all necessary household amenities. The décor is full of coastal charm with accents and cozy touches that create a perfectly inviting atmosphere for vacation relaxation. It was well equipped for beach activities and family recreation in the backyard.The location was ideal, tucked away on a quiet street, close to restaurants and shops, yet just a short drive to local beaches. Its proximity to the downtown area makes it a perfect place to stay for exploring the area. After cocktails on the deck, one evening, we walked to Mac’s Chatham Fish and Lobster for dinner, and on another, we enjoyed a meal at Pates Restaurant. Most days we went to Hardings Beach and then stopped by Dogfish Taco, a fun nearby indoor/outdoor restaurant with live music. When we got back home everyone loved using the outdoor shower, which was exhilarating.Our exceptional host, Bonnie, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was readily available to answer any questions and even provided a binder with helpful local recommendations. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return next summer. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing Cape Cod experience!

This place is so cute! Perfect for a family with small kids. Nice, large dining table with umbrella on the deck... we could enjoy drinks outside with full view of the kids playing badminton. The yard is HUGE with lots of space to escape to the hammock, pitch a tent, play bocce ball, etc. Inside is very clean and has a "beachy" feel. Good supply of board games & puzzles. Best feature, tho, is the outdoor shower, especially in the morning when the sun shines on that side of the house and you are surrounded by a rainbow right there in the shower. Nothing better! Will definitely return!

Perfect stay

The stay was wonderful, home is in a great location, and was equipped with everything we needed - the kitchen, we grilled, we did laundry a couple of nights. Sat out on the deck and played in the yard with our kids. It was a short 3 minute walk to Mac's Seafood - which was our favorite restaurant!! Pate's and Chatham Cut are both also 3-5 min walk! A quick 5-10 min drive anywhere else - grocery store, downtown. Favorite beach - Hardings Beach - was only a mile away. Bonnie was a great host and very easy to communicate with. Thank you for a great stay!

Family vacation in Chatham

We stayed at Bonnie's cottage Aug 3-Aug 10. We stayed in Chatham last year as well, but this years rental was far better. Bonnie has thought of everything. We really enjoyed the beautiful views and breezes off the back deck. We grilled and ate outside most nights. My husband watched the sun rise every morning. My kids ages 8 and 10 really enjoyed playing badmitton and cornhole in the large backyard. My sons favorite beach was Hardings Beach, so close only 5 minutes from the house, it had small waves and warmer water, not as big as the waves on the National Seashore, which we also frequented, Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light. Spectacular dunes on those, bigger waves and colder water but very refreshing! We really enjoyed taking a hike in Monomoy National Wildlife Park. I would highly recommend going. Oyster Pond was also delightful and free parking. My infant son really enjoyed floating around in his floatie at Schoolhouse Pond while mom/dad and our bigger kids swam and took turns rising our kayak. We had an incredible time. The house was clean, decorated beautifully with coastal prints and details. The beds were comfortable. Having laundry room and outdoor shower huge plus. Overall it was a perfect choice for us and we hope to return next year. Thanks for having us Bonnie!

Family trip

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed except linen and towels, but the owner notified us that we could bring ours or rent and we decided to bring ours. The owner was very responsive and made great recommendations for things to do. The beaches were super close and lots of fun. We would recommend this house to our friends and family.

Perfect family house in Chatham

My family loved our stay in this wonderful house. The house was very clean and well maintained. It is on a quiet street with a short 5 minute ride to Ridgevale beach which was perfect for my young kids. My kids also loved the yard and the outdoor shower. It was very peaceful having coffee and breakfast on the deck each morning. The host, Bonnie, was very helpful and gave us some great information on how to make the most of our time in Chatham. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay in Chatham very much! Bonnie was wonderful and contacted us prior to our stay, we were welcomed with all the information on the area as well as some snacks for the kids! Chatham is a very special town in Cape Cod and we are so happy we stayed in such a wonderful location. Mac's is a great restaurant in walking distance, I think we ate there 3 times! The yard was perfect for the kids to run around, and my husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee outside on the deck each morning. If you are there in the summer, be sure to check out the summer baseball league, we enjoyed cheering on the Chatham team on the 4th of July. If you are debating where to stay on the cape, for sure stay in this location, it is by far the best!

Anniversary Celebration

Group of 6 (including 2 toddlers and 1 infant) celebrating parents 40th wedding anniversary. Bonnie’s cape house was just what we hoped for. Location was perfect, had all necessary amenities, and Bonnie was a wonderful host. Definitely recommend and look forward to future stays.

Best location on the Cape

Our favorite thing about this house is the location. Chatham was our favorite town on the Cape and this cozy house is just a few minutes away from the best shopping and restaurants. The house is clean and Bonnie is an excellent host who checked in on us consistently. The street is extremely quiet and safe, and all we heard were crickets chirping. Highly recommend!

Chatham Stay

The communication with the owner was wonderful! She really cares that your check in goes smoothly and that any questions you have during your stay get answered. We appreciated the central air conditioning on warm, humid days. Also, we liked having access to the property's beach chairs and beach umbrella as it was great for our trips to different beaches.
