The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is located just steps from the ocean, in a peaceful and chic setting. It’s perfect for a family or friends.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious and light-filled living area, featuring a cozy lounge with a large-screen TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, stovetop, American fridge, coffee machine, wine cooler…), and a stylish dining area perfect for gathering.



A laundry room with washer and dryer is available for your convenience, as well as a large private garage for secure parking 🚗.

1 children’s bedroom, both cozy and functional



An independent office that can be used as a fifth bedroom, thanks to a convertible sofa

Villa des Vagues is ideally located just 150 meters from the sea, offering direct access to one of the most beautiful coastlines in the region. Nearby, the NUXE Spa "La Grande Terrasse" invites you to unwind.



🚗 Easy parking: The garage is reserved for storing summer equipment. You can park up to 2 vehicles in the courtyard and enjoy free parking spaces in front of the house.



Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring a private and independent experience. From the living area to the outdoor pool, every corner of the house is at your disposal. No part of the villa is shared with the host.



Designed for your comfort, the villa combines elegance and warmth. Every detail has been carefully considered to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful and serene stay.



The Neighborhood:

Situated in one of the most sought-after residential areas of Châtelaillon-Plage, Villa des Vagues enjoys a privileged location just a few minutes' walk from the seafront, yet away from the hustle and bustle of tourism.



The villa is set in a quiet tree-lined avenue, ideal for families, relaxing breaks or getaways with friends. You'll be within easy reach of all amenities: bakeries, a covered market, food shops, restaurants, cafés and even a thalassotherapy center.



A few minutes' walk or bike ride will take you to the long sandy beach, the coastal cycle paths and the Châtelaillon train station, for quick access to La Rochelle and the Ile de Ré.



Here, you'll find everything you need to enjoy the gentle Atlantic in a chic, peaceful and authentic setting.



Getting Around:

From the Villa des Vagues, everything is designed to make getting around simple and pleasant :

• On foot: the beach, market, shops and restaurants are just a few minutes away. Châtelaillon-Plage is a seaside resort on a human scale, where you can enjoy doing everything on foot.

• By bike: cycle paths run along the coast, making it easy to reach La Rochelle, Angoulins or Fouras. We can also arrange bike hire on request.

• By train: the Châtelaillon-Plage train station is about a 10-minute walk from the villa, making it possible to reach La Rochelle in less than 10 minutes or Rochefort in 15 minutes.

• By car: a private garage is available, as is free street parking. Easy access to the ring road leading to La Rochelle, Ile de Ré and the Marais Poitevin.

The house is new and high-end: please take care of it as if it were your own.



The pool is heated for most of the year.



The accommodation is ideal for 8 people, with a maximum capacity of 10 thanks to the office's sofa bed.



Parties, noisy events, or disturbances are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the neighborhood.



End-of-stay cleaning, bed linens, and towels are included.



Additional services (mid-stay cleaning, private chef, bike rentals...) can be provided upon request.
