"The flat is in a fantastic, convenient location in Tours, close to the tram and easily walkabke to most points of interest. The host did give us access to the apartment more than an hour before scheduled check in time, but wasn't available when we called to be buzzed in. We were able to get in when another tenant opened the door to leave. The apartment was cleaned when we got there, but lacked some things we expected, like trash bags (every trash can was empty). Additionally, we got a call...

"The owner met us at the gate and walked us through the entire property as well as letting us know the courtyard was ours any time we wanted it. Her place was so comfortable. We felt safe, enjoyed meeting other renters in the courtyard (she has 5 rentals). We were directly across the street from the Loire River which has fantastic views. We were within walking distance to everything from restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacy to night life. We would come back to her place anytime. We loved it. ❤️"

The location was fantastic being in old town and near lots of cafes, restaurants, and shopping as well as public transportation. Having a washing machine was a definite plus as we travel light and need to do laundry often."

Il est possible de garer la voiture sur des places de parking public très proche de l'appartement. La cuisine est bien équipée avec un LV ce qui est agréable. Gysèle nous a bien conseillé sur les visites et répond assez rapidement. Nous y avons passé un bon séjour et nous y reviendrons si nous...

"Awful. It felt like a homeless person place. No AC, No Hairdryer, Shower head has to be held to be used, Dirty floors with circular burns in carpet, no toiletries or towels, no AC in fitness center, very sketchy area, dirty refrigerator, no coffee, very late checkin and very early checkout. Worst place I have EVER stayed. "
