Welcome to this new house from 2025, modern and carefully decorated, ideally located in the heart of the Charente vineyards, a few minutes from Cognac and its famous houses (Hennessy, Martell, Rémy Martin, Camus). Whether you come with your family, as a couple for a romantic getaway, for a business trip in the wine industry or for a stay of several weeks, this house adapts to all your projects.
Designed to accommodate up to 6 travelers, it has 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed and a dressing room, offering comfort and privacy — and a possible workspace in each bedroom for telecommuting or mission stays.
The bright living room, with large sofa and 75-inch television, is perfect for your moments of relaxation. The open, fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as if you were at home, with a fresh water dispenser, crushed ice and a Jura machine for your coffees and cappuccinos.

For a real moment of relaxation, enjoy a private 4-seater jacuzzi, installed in an intimate, closed and heated space all year round. Ready and at temperature as soon as you arrive, it is ideal for an evening for two, to relax with your family or after a day of sightseeing, work or driving.

The living room is air-conditioned and the rest of the accommodation benefits from underfloor heating or cooling depending on the season, for a pleasant temperature all year round.
A connected and ecological home: solar panels, softened water, high-performance wifi, and centralized home automation accessible from a tablet at the entrance to control the temperature, shutters and robot vacuum cleaner. High-end comfort, effortless.

Bed linen is provided. Air conditioning or heating will be set to a comfortable temperature before your arrival, and the private jacuzzi will be heated so that you can enjoy it as soon as you settle in.
