Near a great breakfast place and restaurants, 4 minutes to downtown, the property was clean, and the view was beautiful. Having a second bathroom was very helpful.

Just wrapped up a week in Charlottesville and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is ideally located near restaurants and downtown. the place was like new. very nicely setup with plenty of space for the 3 of us. Highly recommend. We'll be back.

The unit is gorgeous with high end finishes and a wonderful location walking distance to a great coffee shop and multiple restaurants. Full size appliance including a washer and dryer. The balcony is huge with wonderful mountain views. The stairs did kill us though. 3 flights up to the unit and another flight inside up to the bedrooms.

Lovely condo in a quiet area with good restaurants within a short walk. My family appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The unit was very clean, modern, and spacious with a large covered deck. Beds were comfy. Note that this is a 3rd floor unit with both exterior and interior stairs to climb - we did not find an elevator. Parking was easy in the lot adjacent to the building. Overall a good experience and I would recommend.
