«We chose this hotel strictly because of the hot tub offering. It takes us 12 hours to get to Charlotte from north of Tampa due to many stops as a result of body pain. This is the only hotel in Charlotte that has hot tub in a large setting. The heated year-round pool was definitely a benefit to staying at the hotel. The housekeeping staff is kind, intuitive and helpful.»

«The room was clean and location well taken care of. Staff was quick to help with a toilet issue. Breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but good. Apple Juice was watered down when I got a cup»

«I stay 200-220 days a year in a hotel - and most hotels certainly dont impress me much, to be honest. But, this one certainly did.
I stayed here for business and discovered that this hotel MUST have wrong number of stars. It says 4 star - but it certainly is 5 star... and it only lacks a swimming pool to have those 5 stars.
suberb location - 3min walk from Charlotte convention centre, 2min from main street in Downtown (with pubs, restaurants, clubs etc.).
What I liked most? the friendly ...

«A clean room, multiple options for the complimentary breakfast, and a beautiful view of the skyline. This location isn’t far at all from downtown and they had quality snacks, and wine/beer for purchase in the lobby. We will be sure to stay here again in the future!»
