★ PETS: Pets are welcome however must be disclosed at time of booking. An additional non-refundable fee of $300 will be charged. This fee does not cover unexpected damage to the home.



★ BOAT RENTALS: Lake Wylie Boat Rentals is a 3rd party company that provides luxury pontoon rentals to our guests during their stay. If you would like to maximize the fun of your lakeside vacation, please reach out to them to inquire about pricing and book your boat rental.



★ STARTER ESSENTIALS: We provide our guests with all linens (sheets & bath towels) as well as a complimentary starter pack of essentials including: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, kitchen necessities such as garbage bags, paper towels, hand and dish soap, dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. Please consider the length and purpose of your trip when planning your stay with us. Our essentials are provided to get your vacation started.



★ WHAT TO EXPECT: With us you’ll find unique vacation rental properties that provide a consistent, upscale "home away from home" experience. These properties are individually and privately owned. We are available to assist you during your stay for issues and emergencies. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. If you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!



★ SECURITY DEPOSIT AND ID REQUIRED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. Our approved third party partner, Charge Automation, will verify your ID and collect your details to authorize the credit card hold for the security deposit. The security deposit is an authorization hold, not a charge. It's a temporary hold placed on your credit card the day before arrival; reserved to cover damages to the property. Once the property is inspected after your departure, the hold will be released. If you have questions, please contact us before booking for more details.

We give our guests space but are available when needed. Easy check-in/out with personal door code. No keys to carry. We're available during your stay for any of your needs. Our goal is to make sure you have the BEST experience. Don’t hesitate to book…you won't be disappointed! Pets are welcome but require additional fee. PLEASE MAKE THIS KNOWN AT BOOKING.



★ TRASH SERVICE: Pick up is on Fridays.



★ HOT TUB SERVICE: Hot Tub cleaning normally takes place on Tuesdays, weather dependent, between the hours of 7AM - 6PM.



★ LANDSCAPING: Service takes place on Thursdays or Fridays, weather and schedule dependent, between the hours of 9AM - 6PM.
