Charlotte Glamping Dome- Fawn and Fern Hideaway

Come glamp with us just 25 minutes from downtown Charlotte at Fawn and Fern Hideaway. Experience our climate controlled dome with a bathroom, deck and fire pit! We are located in South West Charlotte near Tega Cay. The space is a beautiful twenty three foot dome that is powered by our solar panels and supplied with water from our 375 foot deep well. While our home shares the land, this is our only dome site and you will quickly feel at peace and secluded when you arrive. Our lot is nearly 5 wooded acres. You will have your own access road and private parking.

Enjoy your own kitchenette with sink, mini fridge/freezer, k-cup coffee machine and microwave. Your glamping experience has been upgraded to include a plumbed toilet, and climate control via electric fireplace and AC unit. (Dress for the weather as insulation is limited). The dome sleeps 4 guests with a queen bed and bunk beds. There is a private picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit for your use with whimsical hanging lights and outdoor dining bistro. We plan to one day build an outdoor shower, but until then you may use our wash clothes, soap and sink provided to freshen up as needed.

There is a beautiful tree growing right through your private deck and a great bay window looking into the forest. We have planted lovely hostas and ferns surrounding the dome. Enjoy the community of deer that frequent the site. We have put out deer corn to attract and feed these graceful fawn visitors.
