This place was absolutely DISGUSTING! Blood and fecal matter on the toilet, pubic hair on the bed, nasty stains on the mattress. Room reeked of weed, roaches scattered when the lights came on. Butn marks on the sheets.. NEVER STAY HERE!

The staff was kind and helpful and the room had clean sheets and was bug-free, but unfortunately those are the only positives. The bed was worn through and made sleep almost impossible with giant dips and springs poking up, there was blood on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the non-smoking room somehow smelled even smokier though the course of our stay. The location is very convenient but we wouldn’t stay here again.

We didn’t make it in to check in- the property felt very unsafe! Just on the other side is a bridge we’re homeless people (I could have thrown a rock to where they were)! I was traveling with myself and two teenage girls- did not feel safe at all!

This appears to be a former Motel 6. It has weekly rates, so I am guessing people are living here, not just staying the night. Floor was sticky and I had a lot of problems with the lock. No one seemed to care about the lock problems Key was difficult to work and the dead bolt kept getting stuck where I couldn't shut the door. At night people were milling around outside with annoying noise through midnight. I can't believe you have this property available for your customers

Let me start this off with the fact I travel A LOT. I am happy as long as it’s relatively quiet and clean. I’m a small business owner and can’t afford the fanciest accommodations. I believe you get what you paid for, but this stay definitely was not the case. This place was ABSOLUTELY awful. I paid more than I normally do too. I stayed for 3 nights, and if I could have afforded to be out how much I spent for the 3 nights I would have left the first night. First, as soon as we walked into the room I counted 3 roaches with in the first 5 minutes.The walls and corners of the room were not cleaned properly and were filled with grime. The floors were so dirty that when I walked out of the shower my feet were already covered in dirt. We were given two awful pillows for the bed and when we called the front office in hopes of at least one more each, we were told they were out. The bed was old and had a dip in it and stains. It was so uncomfortable. We had a room up against the outside stairwell and I swear it sounded like someone was throwing themselves down it all night EVERY night. Whoever was staying above us was stomping and running around the room so much it shook our walls. We yelled and tried to hit the ceiling at one point to get them to stop because it was past 1AM. We had to get up early for our event and didn’t sleep at all from the noise. Also, house keeping never came by our room all 3 days. To top it off? We had to pay for our internet. Never. Again. :(

Staff was very nice. Our bathroom was totally run down and our floor was so dirty that the bottoms of my feet were covered in dirt. Free parking was nice and thankfully we were just needing a place to sleep and were in the room very little.

We ordered a non smoking room. Got there and they didn’t have the room we booked. Put us in a different room supposedly non smoking but it reeked of marijuana. Very loud all night. People outside on the walkway talking all night long. Wouldn’t recommend.

The room was dirty, unsafe. The non smoking room smells like smoking room. We didn’t stayed there. We canceled with the stuff our room reservation. We still wait for the money back.

No microwave in the room, no mini fridge in the room. The sound proofing in the above flooring was thin and I heard every step. The room walls were thin and the minute someone lit up a cigarette in the next room; I could smell the brunt of it. The soap was inadequate. There was no shampoo or lotion. Next time I'll stay at the Day's Inn right down the street for a similar price $83 per night with at least basic amenities like microwave and minifridge

Very loud creaking from second floor. Terrible beds - old broken down mattresses that make you feel like you might roll off the edge. Filthy bare floor that makes the bottom of your feet black. Dripping shower head. One good thing is that the location is convenient in access to multiple directions. And Piggly Wiggly grocery store is an easy walk across a small not-busy street.

This property looks like it was used to house homeless people. The property was dirty, unkept, void of even the most inexpensive articles like tissues, note pads, etc. The bedding was soft and terrible to sleep on. Would not stay here again even if it was free.
