I enjoyed the central location of this property and it's quietness. My 1st trip they upgraded me to a full fledged suite which we enjoyed and appreciated after our second stay. During my first trip the TV was not functioning properly and the cheerful maintenance man came up immediately with a whole new TV. Our second trip was last minute and could only get a King studio on the 5th floor with no upgrades, we booked a 2 night stay. We were treated to a countertop of German cockroaches that morning. In addition the room phone was not functioning, the drain had no stopper, and no one could find one either, the safe didn't have any power to it. I let the desk clerk know that morning of our roach problem and the night before I let the desk know about the other issues. On top of it all the comfort control was malfunctioning! No one took any action, not even an apology. To this day I await the general managers phone call. Sad a nice property went downhill. The breakfast buffet was not good either as the sausage was so hard you could use it as a Frisbee. I hope they address these issues. The only decent person at the place was the maintenance man on our first trip, the rest need a strong re education on hospitality.
