The neighborhood is highly walkable, with many of Charleston’s popular dining, shopping, and nightlife options just a short distance away. Because of its central location near busy entertainment areas, guests can expect an active energetic environment, especially during evenings and weekends.

✹ Pets are NOT Allowed. As much as we love furry companions, pets are not allowed at this property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If a pet and/or pet evidence is found at the home, we reserve the right to charge a $150/pet fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
✹ Noise Notice:
This home features separate upstairs and downstairs units; vertical noise transfer might happen.
✹ Please be advised that:
A local noise ordinance is in effect from approximately 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM, with stricter enforcement during nighttime hours.
Guests must be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours, both indoors and outdoors.
We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are typical of a shared residential area and coastal community setting.
By booking, you acknowledge and accept this island setting and the potential for ambient and neighborhood-related noise, including from adjacent or nearby units.

In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.

The apartment had a great lay-out for the three of us. We had an issue with the parking spot assigned to us ie other people were parking in it. But overall our experience was very positive.
It was absolutely perfect. It was very close to MUSC childrens hospital where we needed be as our grandson is there on the cardiac floor. Thank you so much for a beautiful place to call home for a a very hard week.

Great amenities and the property was clean and well kept. The team was also very responsive when we had questions. Could have used more seating in the living room for the amount of guests. We had a great time!
Everything about our stay was great! The location is perfect to get to King Street while still being tucked away in the neighborhood. Apartment was modern and clean
Great location, great communication, and excellent property! They were flexible with us and let us drop our luggage off early! Would definitely stay with them again
The property itself is modern and cute plus clean as can be. The communication with management was top notch. One of the best parts was the location as it was walkable and far from the busy streets so it wasn’t as loud. We really enjoyed our stay!
The Julep Suite was perfect! We loved the updated bathrooms and cleanliness. It’s in a great location to all things downtown and we felt safe. I also appreciate (and prefer) hardwood floors (no carpet), which The Julep Suite gives you. We arrived a little early with food and were allowed to check in with the help of customer service. When I come back to Charleston, I would stay here again.
Perfect place for 3 adults to stay! Close to all the main spots in Charleston was able to walk to king street and main sight seeing places! Clean place and felt really safe! Also great communication with owner on all the questions we had!
We had a wonderful girls weekend in Charleston. The condo was the perfect size, with a room for each of us. Nice amenities and walking distance to a great cafe for morning coffee and tea.
We could walk everywhere we wanted to go, including to King St! Calmer area with nearby restaurants and small grocery markets. Gets you all of the hustle and bustle, but plenty of vibe around the area!
We loved our stay! It was close to all the things we wanted to go do, and was very cute! It was pouring rain when we got there and they got us in early. We really appreciated it!
