We were charged for our stay twice as well as another entire family’s three night stay. It tied up our bank card with such a high purchase that it caused overdraft in our account and every deposit we made got taken by more fees that kept coming! They wouldn’t reverse it because they claim that it didn’t show up for them to reverse. The insisted there was no way this was happening at first. After much persistence they discovered eventually that we did in fact get both overcharged and charged for other guests stay. Unfortunately our bank is unable to allow us to dispute the charges until the 9th. Our vacation was ruined and our funds were limited to only cash. We are a family of five so you can imagine the upset about purchasing meals and things to do with just a small amount of cash.
It was a disaster and we spent so much time trying to fix this. Supposedly they are putting the money back in our account plus a free night stay. That remains to be seen at this point. This however did not save our trip or give us money to use while here.
