This beautifully appointed suite is located on the second floor of a historic building on iconic King Street, right above Sewing Down South, as seen on Southern Charm.

Step inside to an inviting entrance hall that leads into a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area. The living space features plush seating, a queen-sized sleeper sofa, and a 60” Smart TV loaded with all your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from your morning coffee to a home-cooked dinner.

The suite offers two serene bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-sized bed and the other with a cozy queen-sized bed. Both rooms include Smart TVs. The first bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combination. The second bedroom uses the full bathroom off the hallway, also with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. A washer and dryer are available in-unit for your convenience.

Need parking?
We offer parking passes for $20 per day. To reserve one, please contact our concierge team via phone, text, or your booking platform before your arrival. Include your name, suite name, vehicle details, and number of days needed. Once payment is confirmed, your pass will be waiting in the suite, granting access to our designated parking area for the duration of your stay.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
