"Amazing hotel, wonderful people and great hospitality. Everyone made you feel welcome from the second you walked in. Valet parking guy saved my day - he was so friendly. People at check-in were all so helpful and kind. Room was cozy and interior lovely. Bathroom had a great size -loved the shower. Breakfast basket day 1 was fantastic -a little less great day 2 but still cute and I enjoyed having it delivered to the door. Rooftop restaurant food was very nice and the server/bartender very serviceminded. The restaurant check-in staff looked like they did not want to be there - there were 3 of them doing nothing (no guests except for the people at the bar counter mid afternoon Friday) - it was not a friendly welcome. Decided to ignore them because the guy behind the bar was very customer focused. Same strange attitude when I left. Library was cozy and worked well as a place to work. Overall an amazing spot with a great location. The people made my stay wonderful and just what I needed after a hectic work week and lots of travelling. Thank you. "
