Experience downtown living at its finest in this beautiful 3-story home. 'Athena' is perfect for large groups and families with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 full baths, providing enough room for everyone to spread out and have their own space.

The private entrance/exit located right off Spring Street ensures parking and proximity are not an issue! As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll be immersed in the bright open floor plan of the combined living/dining area - the perfect place to share a meal or kick back and watch a movie together on the 65" 4K HDTV.

For your convenience, the kitchen comes fully equipped with basic cooking/kitchenware and state-of-the-art appliances. The adjoining dining room includes a dining table with seating for six - with additional seating for 4 at the island counter.

The first bedroom is also located on the main level with the living areas - each bedroom is adorned with a Queen-sized bed for your comfort. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor.

Follow the stairs right off of the living room to the second level, where you will find 4 more spacious bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms. If you continue up the last staircase, you will reach the rooftop level, featuring a half-bath.

Guests have access to the entire unit, plus (1) off-street parking space during their stay.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
