Fint hotell, plassert sentralt, kåde shopping og cafe/restauranter rett utenfor, også nært til togstasjonen slik at man kan gå med koffertene dit. Eneste jeg ikke likte var at det luktet kloakk på rommet.

L'équipe de cet hôtel est tout simplement exceptionnelle ! De l'accueil au bar en passant par le petit-déjeuner, chaque membre du staff est aux petits soins pour les clients ! Les chambres sont ultra propres, modernes et bien équipées. Localisation parfaite au coeur de la ville. Petit-déjeuner parfait (en salle comme en chambre). Agréable bar avec un joli toit terrasse. Mon 2ème séjour et pas le dernier.

The hotel was nicer than most chains I've stayed in. Right next to a shopping mall, so parking is available and there are numerous shops and things to do. The cost of breakfast is exorbitant, but there are quite a few cafés/boulangeries in the area that deliciously solve that particular problem. Overall, would recommed.

Struttura molto grande. Abbiamo prenotato una quadrupla con descrizione di 4 letti ma purtroppo erano un letto matrimoniale e due lettini molto scomodi. Devo pur dire che il prezzo pagato era ottimo e sicuramente non potevo pretendere di più. La zona non mi ispirava molta tranquillità anche se ben controllata dalla polizia.

J’avais réservé une chambre familiale, je me suis vue attribuer une chambre standard double et on a rajouté un petit lit d’une personne. La chambre était minuscule , lorsque je suis aller me plaindre on a pas fait d’effort pour me changer de chambre juste me faire comprendre Qu’il n’y avait rien de disponible. Vraiment pas professionnel et mauvais service . Je ne recommande pas du tout .

Good hotel. The breakfast was pratically the same every day and some items missing from day to day (serving spoons, fruit...). Nice staff and decentbproperty. Fitness room rudimentary and without natural light.

Estancia de 10
Solo estuvimos una noche, pero la estancia fue genial. La habitación grande, la cama estupenda...yo suelo tener problemas con las almohadas, me es complicado encontrar una que me vaya bien, pero aquí no tuve ningún problema. No hubo ruidos, la habitación estaba limpia, en el baño había productos de rituals. El hotel disponía de bar y restaurante. Comparado con el resto de hoteles en los que estuvimos, un 10. La pena no haber pasado más noches allí.

Great hotel. was upgraded to a suite. very good breakfast and nice staff. have no bed thing. its just up of the mall can park in the mall. good price.\Charloei itself is not the nicest city but if you are there this is the place to stay

The sewer was clogged, and water was dropping to the floor under the sink. The shower sewer was also clogged and water stayed and did not go away.

Had a fantastic stay in Novotel Charleroi, bright and spacious rooms with great showers. Bed was very comfortable. Only issue I had was the speed of check in with only one member of staff working and a queue of 6/7 guests, not a big issue overall. Fantastic stay.

The city was unsafe and very dirty large groups of young males were prevalent in the city and made me feel unsafe no transport access and and the city is being rebuilt NO secure parking

A bit deceptive, room not as described
We paid for a superior double room but did not get as shown in the photos for that exact room - only one chair and no recliner, no work desk, just a small table. When we arrived it was not immediately obvious where the car park was - hubby went up to find out where - wasn’t tokd everything. Was told B6 parking spot - when we drove in there was only 2 left and both were disabled parks. We drove into one till we found out more info. The guy at reception was not friendly with his response - said we could park anywhere - he could’ve said that at the start! Unfortunately this parking is for Novotel and anyone else, so it took ages to drive around looking for an empty space! We had a coffee maker but paper cups to put it in - really???? So we used the bigger and better bathroom cups. Come on Novotel - how hard is it to supply a good coffee cup? Bed comfort was so so, shower was good, bathroom very nice, shopping centre in same building a bonus. Doubt that we’d book this hotel again, let alone come to this boring town.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies.We have many superior room models, with or without desk, with or without sofa bed, with closed or open shower, etc.Our team always does its best to give the rooms to the tastes of our guests.This is why you should not hesitate to let us know your preferences before your stay or during check-in so that we can best satisfy you.Concerning the parking, it is a parking lot that we share with the shopping center so it may indeed be crowded during the day.We also know that the entrance is not the easiest to find due to the road works in Charleroi. We nevertheless try our best to locate the entrance for you using a map and the route to follow as well as certain practical details to better direct our customers.Place B6 is in fact the closest to the elevator but you can park elsewhere without problem.Regarding the cups, we understand that it is impractical but we are working to permanently eliminate plastic for the sake of ecology and prioritize paper/cardboard over plastic.It's nice that you were still satisfied with the rest and we thank you for sharing your satisfaction with us.We try to improve the quality of our service day after day in order to satisfy you.Sincerely,
